It takes a village. We know this from growing up in small hometowns, building a small business, raising kiddos, or needing a hand on the weekends. Servicing Alma, St. Louis, Breckenridge, Ithaca, Mt. Pleasant, Shepherd, Riverdale, Vestaburg, and Midland, Circle C & Associates, LLC is in the business to building a village. Everything from; lawn services, various crushed products, mulch, snow plowing and simple handyman services. 

What started servicing 4-6 driveways a year has now grown to 50-60 driveways in the winter and 30-40 driveways in the summertime. Sonya says their priority to learning has lead to new growth opportunities for Circle C & Associates, LLC. 

Sonya Lane-Carl, general manager, states, “We are very family oriented and welcome the kids.” In fact, Circle C & Associates, LLC welcomed their newest hire to bring in their kiddo to their in-person interview. With a family-oriented business comes a close-knit team. Two of Brent’s kids, Sonya's daughter, and their toddler have all been actively involved in supporting their mission.

Since 2016, Brent Carl and his dedicated team have shown to be a dependable service for their village. Sonya highlights that their top priority is trust in their brand. Sonya says, “We want to be the first call people make.” Furthermore, Sonya enjoys the fact her family gets to be part of the bigger picture and say, “yeah, we hired them.” Sonya and Brent aren’t just building a business; they’re building a village. A village in which you’ll always find your way back home.
