About Blazeland
Blazeland, officially the Authoritarian Republic of Blazeland, is an unrecognised nation in Levin, New Zealand. Dedicated to order and unity, and founded with a unique identity, we celebrate our independence and sovereignty under the rule of the Supreme Leader.
Blazeland referes to itself as an 'unrecognised nation', however, external observers consider it a 'micronation'.
Blazeland currently consists of 0.001012 km2 claimed territory, and 6 official citizens.
History

20 March, 2025, Founded, Independence declared.
25 March, 2025, flag and coat of arms created.
10 July, 2025, First Minister is appointed.
1 August, 2025, Blazeland dollar (Blaze buck) goes into circulation.
31 October, 2025, His Excellency, Mayor Bernie Wanden of Horowhenua, officially recognises Blazeland and signs Blazeland Recognition Document.
Government
Blazelands government is Authoritarian in practice, with several Republican/Democratic features such as a constitution, a political party, several official documents, and a Minister. Blazeland is led by its Supreme Leader of whom all citizens must respect, abide by, and be loyal to.
