• No Account Required: You can play the Game completely anonymously without creating an account or providing your name, email, or telephone number.

• Local Storage: All gameplay progress (high scores, coin balances, power-up inventory, unlocked themes) is stored locally on your device.

• No Sensitive Personal Data: We do not collect or store biometric data, physical location coordinates, financial account credentials, or contacts.

• Advertising Supported: The Game displays ads via Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads) to support free development.

2. Information We Collect and Process

A. Information Collected Automatically by Third-Party SDKs

When you play the Game, trusted third-party service providers (specifically Google AdMob and Google Play Services) automatically collect non-personally identifiable diagnostic and technical information, including:

• Device Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID on Android), IP address (used for approximate geographic region detection, e.g., country/city level), and Android operating system version.

• Device Specifications: Hardware model, screen resolution, language settings, and network connection type (Wi-Fi vs Cellular).

• App Performance & Diagnostics: Crash logs, application version, launch time, and SDK performance data to diagnose technical bugs.

• Ad Interaction Data: Number of ads viewed, ad clicks, rewarded video completion events, and ad placement metrics.

B. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The Game utilizes your device's internal storage (HTML5 LocalStorage / IndexedDB / App Preferences) to preserve your gameplay state between sessions. This includes:

• High scores, current score, and combo records.

• Unlocked city background wallpapers and visual themes.

• Available power-up charges (Bomb, Erase, Shuffle, Color Swap).

• Audio settings (music volume, sound effects toggle).

Note: This data is stored solely on your physical device. If you uninstall the app or clear app data from Android Settings, your local game progress will be permanently reset.

3. Third-Party Service Providers & Advertising

We partner with Google AdMob and Google Play Services to deliver in-game advertisements and ensure app stability. These third parties may collect and process pseudonymous information under their respective privacy policies:

How to Opt-Out of Personalized Ads on Android:

You can control or reset your Google Advertising ID at any time directly through your phone settings: 

Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.

You can also enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization". When opted out, you will still see ads, but they will be contextual rather than personalized based on your interests.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Blasting Blocks Pro is designed and intended for general audiences (ages 13 and older). We do not knowingly target children under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly collect personal identification information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at contact@mastergaminglabs.com so we can take prompt corrective action.

5. Rights for European Economic Area (EEA) & UK Users (GDPR)

• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request the deletion of pseudonymous data held by our advertising partners.

• Consent Withdrawal: You may revoke ad personalization consent at any time via your device settings or the in-game consent options.

6. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to:

• Know what categories of personal information are collected and shared.

• Request deletion of personal information collected from you.

• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (which can be exercised by resetting or deleting your Google Advertising ID).

• Non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA privacy rights.

We prioritize the security of your information. All communications between third-party SDKs (Google AdMob) and their servers are encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). We do not operate external databases that retain your personal information.
