Soy directora del doctorado en Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas de la Universidad Icesi, Investigadora Secnior Minciencias y profesora titular en el departamento de Economía de la Universidad Icesi (Cali - Colombia).  Mis intereses de investigación son la desigualdad, la pobreza, el mercado laboral, el desarrollo económico, pensiones, fertilidad, temas de género y de etnia.

I am an Associate Professor at the economics department of Universidad Icesi (Cali - Colombia). My research interests are inequality, poverty, labor market, economic development,  pensions, fertility, gender and ethnic issues.  I am the director of the Doctoral Program in Economic and Administrative Sciences at Universidad Icesi.
