Justice: Blackwood, are you ready to begin?

Blackwood: Yes sir.

Justice: Excellent. There will be no going back past this point.

Blackwood: I fully understand sir.

Justice: Very well. Why do you think you fit for service within Omega-1?

Blackwood: Well sir, I know you've read my file and I believe in what we do here, and I know I can help lead the foundation in the best direction. Ethics are something I hold very dear here and I know I can set that example to all around.

Justice: I see... Now what do Foundation Ethics mean to you?

Blackwood: They mean everything sir. Without them we would be no better than the enemies that oppose us. To uphold a sense of integrity and keep ourselves accountable is everything.

Justice: Indeed. Do you believe Ethics have a time and place?

Blackwood: No sir. Ethics should influence every direction we go. Even if what we have to do doesn't seem ethical rest assured it was already deemed ethical.

Justice:  Good, Now tell me what experience you have in your own words within the foundation.

Blackwood: Let's see. I served with Iota-10 for a while and learned quick about the underbelly of the veil and from there I went into MU-13 more by a coincidence than anything and witnessed firsthand the things that hide in the shadows and while my stay was not long I happened to impress 'Secretary' and he pulled me into {REDACTED] and well it's there I learned the things we must do to keep things running, I worked very closely with the Ethics Committee and gained a profound respect for you all and the task you must do.

Justice: Yes and 'Secretary' Did seem to recommend you quite adamantly so you must have truly impressed him. Can you tell me why you have the codename 'Blackwood'?

Blackwood: Ah. Honestly sir, it wasn't my doing. I simply received this name when working in Iota-10 and we came across one of Lord Blackwoods hidden stashes that contained a map of haunted ruins. It's there where for whatever reason MU-13 decided to bring me in as a temporary agent and assist them in their mission. I explored many ruins and honestly most of them were... not desirable. I suppose they gave me that name then and I didn't embrace it until in my final exploration we ran into 'Secretary' where he was tracking down {REDACTED] and for whatever reason I ended up assisting him. Shortly after 'Secretary' pulled me and said I needed a codename, so I just went with it.

Justice: I see you answered my next question already so let us move along. What skills can you offer to O-1?

Blackwood: Sir I am good at my job. I make sure the mission gets completed my resolve is something that will astonish you.

Justice: And you believe that puts you above other candidates?

[Subject shifts in their chair.]

Blackwood: ...Yes sir I do.

Justice: Hmm, Good. Why do you want to come here really? You are already in a position equal to this so why the change?

Blackwood: I... I want to be better. I want to grow. I want to one day lead people, while my current position is nice it is not something that I can establish myself as a leader in.

Justice: And you believe you can here?

Blackwood: Yes, sir I know I can.

Justice: Explain.

Blackwood: You all lead by example everyone around you looks up to you guys. I want to lead like that, the shadows are nice, but they do not call my name. Upholding values does.

Justice: Strange. Your brother is much different in that aspect.

[Subjects face begins to scowl as he leans forward. ]

Blackwood: I... I am aware sir. He and I are nothing alike. I play by the rules that govern us he does not. 

Justice: Oh? I suppose you and him are much different. How about we take a short recess before we continue?

Blackwood: I would appreciate that sir.
