Heex(이하 “개발자”)는 BlackHole Idle(이하 “앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령 및 Google Play 정책을 준수하기 위해 본 개인정보처리방침을 공개합니다.
개발자는 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 앱을 통해 이용자의 이름, 주소, 전화번호, 이메일 주소 또는 결제 카드 정보 등을 직접 수집하거나 개발자의 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.
게임 진행 데이터 및 설정 정보는 원칙적으로 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다.
다만 앱에서 사용하는 Google의 제3자 서비스 및 SDK를 통해 일부 정보가 자동으로 수집되거나 처리될 수 있습니다.

이러한 서비스를 이용하는 과정에서 다음 정보가 Google에 의해 수집되거나 처리될 수 있습니다.
광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 서비스 분석 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 다음 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

대략적인 위치 정보
기기 모델, 운영체제 및 앱 버전
앱 실행, 화면 조회, 터치 및 광고 상호작용 정보

IP 주소는 이용자의 국가 또는 지역과 같은 대략적인 위치를 추정하는 데 사용될 수 있습니다.
이용자가 Google Play Games 기능에 로그인하거나 관련 기능을 사용하는 경우 다음 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

개발자는 이용자의 Google 계정 비밀번호를 확인하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
BlackHole Idle은 자체 회원 계정을 생성하지 않으며, Google Play Games 로그인은 이용자의 Google 계정을 통해 Google에서 관리됩니다.
이용자가 인앱 상품을 구매하는 경우 Google Play가 결제를 처리합니다. 이 과정에서 다음 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

구매 상태 및 구매 시간
구매 확인 및 복원에 필요한 정보
개발자는 이용자의 신용카드 번호, 은행 계좌번호 또는 기타 직접적인 결제수단 정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 결제수단 정보는 Google Play에서 처리합니다.
앱 및 제3자 서비스에서 처리되는 정보는 다음 목적으로 사용될 수 있습니다.

개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
다만 광고, Google Play Games 및 인앱결제 기능을 제공하기 위해 필요한 정보가 Google 및 Google의 서비스 제공업체에 전송되거나 처리될 수 있습니다.

법령에 따른 요구, 법적 절차, 이용자 보호, 부정행위 방지 또는 개발자의 권리 보호를 위해 필요한 경우 관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 정보가 제공될 수 있습니다.
BlackHole Idle은 Google AdMob을 통해 맞춤형 광고 또는 일반 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다.
적용되는 법률에 따라 필요한 경우 광고 관련 정보를 처리하기 전에 이용자의 동의를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 앱에서 제공되는 개인정보 보호 설정 또는 동의 화면을 통해 광고 관련 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 Android 기기의 개인정보 보호 또는 광고 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제하고, 광고 개인 최적화 관련 설정을 변경할 수 있습니다.

맞춤형 광고를 제한하더라도 일반 광고는 계속 표시될 수 있습니다.
개발자는 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않으므로 이용자의 개인정보를 개발자 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.
게임 진행 데이터와 설정 정보는 이용자의 기기에 로컬로 저장될 수 있으며, 앱 삭제, 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 기기 초기화를 통해 제거될 수 있습니다.
Google AdMob, Google Play Games Services 및 Google Play Billing에서 처리하는 정보의 보유 기간은 Google의 개인정보처리방침과 각 서비스의 데이터 보유 정책을 따릅니다.
법적 의무 이행, 결제 분쟁 처리, 구매 복원, 부정행위 방지 또는 보안상의 목적으로 필요한 정보는 관련 법령 및 서비스 제공업체의 정책에 따라 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.

BlackHole Idle은 개발자가 관리하는 별도의 회원 계정을 생성하지 않습니다. 따라서 앱에서 삭제해야 하는 별도의 Heex 회원 계정은 존재하지 않습니다.

Google이 보유한 정보에 대한 접근, 수정 및 삭제는 이용자의 Google 계정 설정과 Google 개인정보 보호 도구를 통해 요청할 수 있습니다.
개발자는 이용자의 정보를 보호하기 위해 합리적인 기술적·관리적 조치를 적용합니다.
Google Mobile Ads SDK를 통해 전송되는 정보는 전송 과정에서 암호화될 수 있습니다. 제3자 서비스의 보안 조치는 해당 서비스 제공업체의 정책을 따릅니다.
다만 인터넷을 통한 정보 전송 또는 전자적 저장 방식의 완전한 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
BlackHole Idle은 만 13세 미만의 아동을 주요 대상으로 제작된 앱이 아니며, 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
보호자의 동의 없이 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 확인한 경우, 해당 보호자는 개발자에게 삭제 또는 필요한 조치를 요청할 수 있습니다.
국가 또는 지역에 따라 개인정보 처리에 동의할 수 있는 최소 연령이 다를 수 있으며, 해당 지역의 법률과 Google Play 정책이 적용됩니다.
앱에서 사용하는 Google 서비스의 운영 과정에서 정보가 이용자의 거주 국가 외 지역에 위치한 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
이러한 정보 처리는 Google의 개인정보처리방침, 보안 조치 및 적용되는 법률에 따라 이루어집니다.
본 개인정보처리방침은 앱 기능, 사용되는 SDK, 관련 법령 또는 Google Play 정책의 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있습니다.
중요한 변경사항이 있는 경우 앱 업데이트, 앱 내부 안내 또는 개인정보처리방침 게시 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

Heex (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of users of BlackHole Idle (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when users access or use the App.
The Developer does not operate a separate server and does not directly collect or store users’ names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, payment card information, or other personal information on a Developer-operated server.
Game progress and preference data are generally stored locally on the user’s device.
However, certain information may be automatically collected or processed through third-party Google services and SDKs used by the App.
BlackHole Idle uses the following services:
Google AdMob
Google Play Games Services
Google Play Billing for in-app purchases
When users access these services, Google may collect or process the information described below.
The following information may be processed for advertising, ad performance measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention:
IP address
Advertising ID and other device identifiers
Approximate location
Device model, operating system, and App version
App launches, page views, taps, and other user interactions
Ad impressions, views, and clicks
App and advertising SDK crash logs
App launch time, hangs, and other diagnostic information
An IP address may be used to estimate a device’s general location, such as its country or region.
If a user signs in to or uses Google Play Games features, the following information may be processed:
Google Play Games player ID
Display name and profile image
Game activity and achievement information
Sign-in status and authentication information
Device and App information
The Developer does not access or store the user’s Google Account password.
BlackHole Idle does not create a separate Developer-managed user account. Google Play Games sign-in is managed by Google through the user’s Google Account.
When a user makes an in-app purchase, the payment is processed by Google Play. The following information may be processed:
Purchased product information
Order and transaction identifiers
Purchase status and purchase time
Information necessary to verify or restore a purchase
The Developer does not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other direct payment method information. Payment method information is processed by Google Play.
Information may be processed for the following purposes:
Providing the App and its game features
Maintaining game progress and preferences
Providing Google Play Games sign-in and achievement features
Processing, verifying, and restoring in-app purchases
Displaying personalized or non-personalized advertising
Measuring and analyzing advertising performance
Preventing advertising fraud, payment fraud, and security threats
Monitoring App stability and diagnosing errors
Improving service quality and user experience
Complying with applicable laws and Google Play policies
The Developer does not sell users’ personal information.
Information necessary to provide advertising, Google Play Games, and in-app purchase features may be transmitted to or processed by Google and its service providers.
Google’s handling of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the applicable policies for each service.

Information may also be disclosed where permitted by law when necessary to comply with a legal obligation or legal process, protect users, prevent fraud, maintain security, or protect the Developer’s legal rights.
BlackHole Idle may display personalized or non-personalized advertisements through Google AdMob.
Where required by applicable law, users may be asked for consent before information is processed for advertising purposes. Users may be able to change their advertising choices through the privacy settings or consent interface provided in the App.
Users may reset or delete their advertising ID and manage ad personalization preferences through the privacy or advertising settings of their Android device.

Non-personalized or limited advertisements may still be displayed when personalized advertising is restricted.
Because the Developer does not operate a separate server, the Developer does not store users’ personal information on a Developer-operated server.
Game progress and preference data may be stored locally on the user’s device. Such data may be removed by uninstalling the App, clearing the App’s data, or resetting the device.
Information processed by Google AdMob, Google Play Games Services, and Google Play Billing is retained in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and the data retention policies applicable to those services.
Certain information may be retained as required by applicable law or as necessary for legal obligations, payment disputes, purchase restoration, fraud prevention, or security.
Users may manage or delete App-related information by:
Uninstalling the App
Clearing BlackHole Idle’s data through Android settings
Managing or deleting game-specific data through Google Play Games settings
Using the privacy and activity management features of their Google Account
Resetting or deleting the advertising ID through Android advertising settings
Managing Google Play purchase history and payment settings
BlackHole Idle does not create a separate user account managed by the Developer. Therefore, there is no separate Heex account that must be deleted from the App.

Requests concerning information held by Google should be made through the user’s Google Account settings or Google’s privacy management tools.
The Developer applies reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect user information.
Information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK may be encrypted in transit. Security measures implemented by third-party services are governed by the policies of those service providers.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
BlackHole Idle is not primarily directed to children under the age of 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that a child’s information has been collected without appropriate consent, they may contact the Developer to request deletion or other appropriate action.
The minimum age at which a person may consent to the processing of personal information may differ depending on the user’s country or region. Applicable local laws and Google Play policies will apply.
Information processed through Google services may be processed on servers located outside the user’s country of residence.
Such processing is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy, security measures, and applicable law.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App’s features, third-party SDKs, applicable laws, or Google Play policies change.
Material changes may be announced through an App update, an in-App notice, or the webpage where this Privacy Policy is published.
