Terms of Service (v2)

Thank you for reading my Terms of Service! Please make sure to read everything below before contacting me. This Terms of Service will tell you all things like what you can do with your art commissions, payment things etc. By commissioning me, means you have read, understood, and agree to this Terms of Service.

All art commissions here are digital. Specifically, you will receive the original, lossless PNG file via your email after completion! The canvas size is depends on the art category you choose. (Full Body Character(s) Art, Character Icon Art, Illustration Art)

As my client, you absolutely can and have the right to:

1. Ask me to completely revise the art commission 3 times in sketching stage if you feel that the sketch of the artwork is meh/not what you want, completely free of charge!

However,

- After 3 revisions of sketch, I will start charging $5 per revision (non-refundable) until you are satisfied.

- After the art commission is completed, I will no longer accept any revisions, including any minor changes.

2. Set your art commission as your device wallpaper, social media profile picture or banner! You can also print it out (paper, sticker) or post it on your social media.

3. Ask me where's the progress at of course!

As my client, you cannot:

1. Use the art commission for profit. (such as commercial use)

2. Claim the art commission as your own work.

3. Heavily edits to the art commission. (such as using AI functions to erase my watermarks or add content)

Payment things:

Payment is via Stripe (what's that?) only.

All Stripe payments are made in usd. I only accept pay first, and the payment process is as follows:

0. Choose a art category you want on this website

1. Copy the pop-up order summary form and modify it according to your situation, Once you have all your information ready, you can start contacting me!

2. Payment time

- If for some reason you fail or do not pay at all within 24 hours in payment time, I will (unfortunately) cancel your art commission order.

3. Once you pay, I receive the payment, then I will start your art commission!

Refunds:

Unfortunately, I don't do refunds. Keep in mind once you decide and already pay me, it's NOT refundable.

I will still complete your art commission if information is provided.

My rights as the artist:

1. I have the right to publish the commissioned artwork anywhere without any notification.

2. If you have not paid me any amount yet, I have the right to refuse any commission order.

Deadline:

1 Month

- After 1 month, you can request a another art commission (Full Body Character(s) Art, Character Icon Art, Illustration Art) for FREE! as the refund...but must provide proof that 1 month has passed, such as showing me your Stripe invoice, DM messages, etc.
