i know, you, and even me DOESNT like reading these long things at all…

but! this is not the usually blablabla...it is something pretty important to you and me before paying...

please make sure you read all these below things before doing everything, this T.o.S. will tell you all the information about the do&dont, payment things...etc. by commissioning me, means you are already read, understood, and agreed to this T.o.S.

if you are looking for how to commission me, its not here but on Q&A! (well it IS basically on payment process there but more details on Q&A!) (working process also on Q&A.)

all commission art piece is digitally. specifically, you will receive a original lossless .png file format image once the art piece is done! art canvas size (resolution size) is base on the art category that you choose. (full body characters art, illustration art, headshot/bust character art)

de do&dont introducing.

you, as my client, you definitely can and have the right to:

1. request me to completely REVISIONS for 3 TIMES in the sketching phase, 1 TIME in the coloring phase if you think the art piece sketch/color is meh, for absolutely free!

BUT,

- after 3 times sketching or 1 coloring revisions, i will start charging you rm10 (not refundable) per revision, until you are satisfied.

- after the commission art piece is done, i am not accept any more revisions. including any minor edits.

2. set the commission art piece as your devices wallpaper, your social media profile picture or banner! posting is okay, just make sure you credit me in the post!

crop, resize, put some color filter on the art piece is also ok, but just dont heavily edit it.

3. ask me wheres the progress at ofc!

now the don't:

you…as my client, you cannot:

1. use the commission art piece for profit. (like commercial use)

2. claim the commission art piece as your thing(s).

3. use any of my art pieces for AI training, NFT…or something like that.

4. heavily edit the commission art piece. (like using ai feature ERASE my watermark or ADD something)

de payment things introducing.

i only accept “pay first”, heres the payment process:

0. select an art category you want, on bla111.carrd.co/#com

1. select a payment method (see more details on Q&A)

2. select a contact method and tell me all the information you would like me to draw…

3. payment time

4. once you done pay, i received the payment, then i will start your art commission!

warning: if you for some reason, fail or not pay at all within 24 hours in "3. payment time"…i will (unfortunately) automatically cancel your commission order.

all stripe payments are made in usd.

rm (ringgit malaysia) currency is ONLY available for tng ewallet or shopeepay user that pay via my duitnow QR CODE.

i dont do refund unfortunately, when you decide and already done pay me, its final.

my rights, as the artist:

1. i have the right to post the commission art piece(s) to basically anywhere, without any notice.

2. i still have the right and ownership of the commission art piece(s).

3. i have the right to reject any commission order.

deadline:

there is no deadline. a few days at best, several months at worst…

still, i will try my best to finish your commission art piece within 1 month as i can!
