THE RULES OF PLAY

This Contest features a multi-tiered winning system designed to ensure every participating brand is represented in the finale.

Phase 1: Brand Finalist Selection
A panel of judges appointed by the Organizer will review all eligible submissions. The judges will select the top three (3) entries from each of the three main participating brand lines represented across our showrooms:

• Entries representing CHERY (Top 3 selected)

• Entries representing OMODA & JAECOO (Top 3 selected)

• Entries representing JETOUR (Top 3 selected)

(This results in a total of nine (9) distinct Brand Finalists).

Phase 2: Grand Finale Ranking
The single, first-place entry selected from each of the three brand lines (i.e., the best of CHERY, the best of OMODA & JAECOO, and the best of JETOUR) will then be ranked against each other to determine the final, overall Grand Prize positions. These top three (3) overall entries will be crowned the champions.

The top three overall entries selected in Phase 2 will win the specific smartphone prizes as visualized in the Contest announcement above. Prizes are allocated as follows:

Overall 1st Runner Up
One (1) unit INFINIX HOT 70

Overall 2nd Runner Up
One (1) unit INFINIX SMART 20

The remaining six (6) Brand Finalists will receive Consolidation Prizes, as determined solely by the Organizer.

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING PRIZES

• Prize models are fixed as shown and cannot be chosen by the winner.

• Prizes are strictly non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other alternative.

• The Organizer makes no warranties regarding the prizes and cannot be held responsible for prize stock availability; a substitute prize of equal value will be provided if necessary due to possible stock limitations.

The Contest starts on Friday, 14th August, 2026, at 12:00PM, and ends on Monday, 14th September, 2026, at 8:00PM, (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.

• ​This contest is strictly exclusive to registered owners (and their immediate family members) of a CHERY, OMODA, JAECOO, or JETOUR vehicle in Malaysia.

• The spouse and siblings of the owner and contestants under 18 years of age (owner's son/daughter), are require to complete the​ Official VRN Authorization & Consent Form section at the back of the coloring sheet.

• ​Official Entry Sheets: Coloring sheets must be collected from participating BK Group outlets or downloaded via our official channels.

• ​The Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) Rule: To submit an entry, the participant (or their spouse, sibling or child) must provide a valid Vehicle Registration Number (License Plate) of their CHERY, OMODA, JAECOO, or JETOUR vehicle on the official entry form.

• ​Submission: Completed entries (the physical coloring sheet), including the valid VRN and contact information, must be submitted to any participating BK Group outlets on or before the closing date.

• Digital Submission Not Accepted: Despite having the coloring sheets available download-ready, only physical copies will be accepted in this contest.

• ​Limit: There is a limit of one (1) entry per registered vehicle.

• ​Verification: The Organizer reserves the right to verify the submitted VRN against official service and sales databases. Entries with invalid, fabricated, or non-matching VRNs (i.e., the VRN does not belong to a qualifying brand) will be immediately disqualified.

​Entries will be judged on a combination of technical skill, neatness, original interpretation of color, and overall visual impact, as well as creativity.

​All selection decisions made by the judges are final and binding; no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

​Winners will be notified via phone and/or email using the contact information provided on the official entry form.

​Winners must claim their prize in person at BK Group's Brand & Marketing office at Level 2 of O&J Cyberjaya (Luxury Legend Sdn Bhd).

​If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (48) hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a replacement winner will be chosen.

​By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their name, vehicle model owned, and their masterpiece entry photographed by the BK Group for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation.

• All Contest entries become the sole property of the Organizer.

• ​The Organizer reserves the right to modify, cancel, or extend the Contest or these terms and conditions, at its sole discretion, due to stock, operational, or logistical difficulties.

• ​The Organizer shall not be held liable for any entries that are lost, damaged, late, or uncollected; any prize related damage after pick-up; or any injury, loss, or expense arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Contest or the use of any prize.

​The information provided by participants will be used solely for the administration of this contest and future marketing communications from the BK Group of Companies. We are committed in protecting your personal data and will never share it with third parties.
