Registration Instructions

• Fill out the registration form with complete and correct information. 

• After submitting the form, open your email and look for the message containing your ID code. 

• Take note of your ID code. You will need to enter this code when taking the pre-tests and post-tests for each topic.

• Once you have completed the registration and secured your ID code, you may proceed to the modules.

Important Notes:

• Do Not Register Multiple Times.
  Submitting multiple registrations can create duplicate entries in the system and cause delays.
