Local Data Storage
BizHawkPro is a local-first application. All business data entered into the app, including:
Inventory and batch details
Sales and purchase records
Profit & loss calculations
Expense reports
Invoice and customer records
is stored locally on your mobile device.
We do not upload, host, or store your business records on our servers, and we do not have access to your financial data.
Access Control & Staff Permissions
To help protect data integrity and prevent unauthorized or accidental modifications, BizHawkPro includes a built-in permission system.
Admin Access:
Provides full control over records, settings, invoices, and financial reports.
User/Staff Access:
Provides limited access to prevent unauthorized modification or deletion of records.
User credentials and role permissions are stored locally on your device.
Permissions Management:
The Admin can create and manage staff User IDs and Passwords from:
App Settings → Utility Section
Security Design:
When Staff Mode is enabled, the app may restrict editing or deleting historical records to reduce accidental changes and unauthorized data manipulation.
Permissions Required
To provide full functionality, BizHawkPro may request the following permissions:
Storage Permission:
Used to export invoices, reports, PDF files, CSV files, and backups to your device storage.
Camera Permission:
Used only when the user chooses to capture or set a company logo, profile image, or business-related image inside the app.
Captured images are stored locally on your device unless you manually share or export them.
The app does not access the camera in the background and does not upload camera images to external servers without user action.
Data Security
Security is a shared responsibility.
While BizHawkPro provides local access controls such as Admin/User authentication and role-based permissions, the safety of your data also depends on your device security.
We recommend using:
Device screen locks
Password protection
Device encryption
Regular backups
Important:
Uninstalling the app or resetting the device may permanently delete locally stored data.

BizHawkPro may use third-party services provided by Google, including:
