BizHawkPro uses a server-based synchronization system to allow authorized users and devices belonging to the same business to access synchronized business information.
For example, when an authorized user creates or updates an invoice, relevant information may be transmitted securely to BizHawkPro's server infrastructure and subsequently synchronized to other authorized devices.
Business data may therefore be stored on BizHawkPro's server infrastructure for the purpose of providing synchronization and business functionality.
Access to business information is controlled using business membership, user accounts, roles, permissions, and registered devices.
A business owner or authorized administrator may grant or restrict access for other users according to the functionality provided by the application.
BizHawkPro provides role-based access controls to help businesses manage multiple users.
Depending on the business configuration, an administrator or owner may assign different permissions to staff members.
These permissions may control access to features such as:

Customers
Products

Other business functions
Users should only access business information for which they have been authorized.
BizHawkPro does not guarantee that an administrator will configure permissions correctly. Business owners and administrators are responsible for managing authorized users and their permissions.
BizHawkPro may also store certain information locally on the user's device to provide offline functionality, improve application performance, and maintain a local copy of synchronized business information.

The availability of locally stored information may depend on the device, application configuration, synchronization status, and user actions.
Uninstalling the application, clearing application data, resetting the device, or losing the device may result in loss of locally stored information that has not been successfully synchronized or backed up.
BizHawkPro may use services provided by Google and other technology providers to operate certain application features.

Firebase Authentication may be used to provide account authentication and sign-in functionality.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) may be used to deliver notifications to authorized devices regarding synchronization and other application events.

If Firebase Analytics is enabled in a particular version of BizHawkPro, it may collect technical and usage information according to Google's applicable policies and the configuration of the application.

Camera access is not intended to operate in the background.
Images captured by the user may be stored locally or transmitted to BizHawkPro's services when necessary for a feature explicitly used by the user.
BizHawkPro does not intentionally collect camera images when the camera feature is not being used.

Files created through these features may be stored on the user's device or shared by the user through Android's sharing functionality.
The user is responsible for the security of exported files after they leave the BizHawkPro application.

After receiving and verifying a deletion request, we will process deletion of applicable account information from our systems within a reasonable period.
Certain information may need to be retained where required by applicable law, regulatory requirements, legitimate security purposes, dispute resolution, or other lawful obligations.
Business owners should understand that deleting an individual user's account does not necessarily mean that business records belonging to the business will automatically be deleted.
Where business data belongs to a business account with multiple authorized users, deletion of an individual user's account may remove that user's access while the business's records remain available to the business and its authorized users.
BizHawkPro is intended for business and professional use.
The application is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to BizHawkPro without appropriate authorization, please contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide BizHawkPro services, maintain synchronization, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce applicable agreements.
