Additionally, we have integrated Google Play Developer Console data, including Impressions, Downloads, and Traffic Sources, into a Google Analytics account to track app views and downloads from Google Play. The device data shared with these providers is encrypted. These providers may assign a random ID to this data, ensuring it cannot be traced back to you. Third-party analytics providers are entitled to process the data in accordance with their privacy policies (http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/#nosharing), limited to aggregated disclosure for trend analysis, advertising, and marketing purposes.
Advertising Partners
Advertising plays a crucial role in allowing us to provide certain apps, in-app features, and other Services at no cost to users. To achieve this, we and our advertising partners engage in the collection and exchange of collected information. This enables our advertising partners to bid on ad inventory and deliver personalized ads tailored to individual users.
Our advertising partners also gather aggregated data (non-personal information) to assess the efficacy and impact of advertising on our Service. This includes metrics such as ad views, ad clicks, and user actions following ad interactions, such as visiting an advertiser's website or installing an app.
We collaborate with Partners to deliver the Service, encompassing tasks like hosting, player support, app performance tracking, and fraud prevention.
In all aforementioned cases and objectives, we may conduct analysis, profiling, and segmentation of all gathered information. Additional processing of information may occur with your consent.

This includes any personal information you may disclose to these entities through or in connection with our app.
Advertising
General
In our Apps, you may come across contextual advertisements, which are tailored to suit your interests and preferences. These advertisements are designed to enhance your experience while using the app. To support this advertising, our partners may collect online identifiers such as the Advertising ID on Android and IDFA on iOS. While these identifiers may be considered personal information in certain regions, they are exclusively used for contextual advertising purposes. Any other use of this information must strictly adhere to anonymized and aggregated formats.
In specific regions, we may share technical, advertising, and application usage data obtained from users with our advertising partners. This enables targeted third-party advertising within our Apps, ensuring that ads align with users' preferences based on their app and device usage, online behavior, and interests. This practice, known as online behavioral or interest-based advertising (IBA), aims to enhance user relevance and engagement. Furthermore, this information may contribute to refining advertising and promotional efforts across our own and other publishers' apps.
We adhere to relevant laws and industry standards, ensuring that information is not used for behavioral advertising purposes for users who haven't passed the age gate in our Apps or have opted out of IBA. For further information on behavioral advertising and our IBA providers, please consult the "Interest-Based Ads" section of this Privacy Policy. To opt out of sharing information for behavioral advertising, please refer to the "Opt-Out" section.
Interest-Based Advertising
In our Apps, we engage in promoting both our own services and those of our partners within the app environment. Additionally, we authorize our partners to advertise their products and services within our Apps. Information collected from you may be shared with our advertising partners, who may use this data for targeted advertising purposes. Both we and our advertising partners may display interest-based or retargeted advertisements, known as "IBA," but only for device IDs that have successfully passed the age gate and have not opted out of IBA. By using our Apps and not opting out, you provide consent for the transfer of your data as outlined below.
We may transmit information collected from you, such as technical data and details regarding advertising and application usage (e.g., if a device has interacted with a sports advertisement within our Apps; please refer to the "Information and Data We Collect from You" section of this Privacy Policy for more details), as well as age and gender information, to our advertising partners. They may utilize this data for targeted advertising purposes. We authorize our partners to deliver targeted third-party advertisements or other content. They may amalgamate data collected from our App with information gathered from other applications, websites, or services to construct profiles and transfer this data to other providers. This process enables the other provider to receive or gather information about you for the purpose of displaying targeted ads. Advertisers have the option to select their target audience based on criteria such as location, demographics, interests, behaviors, and any other information received or inferred by Facebook about users. We collaborate with several providers of IBA, which are listed in subsection a) and the Opt-Out Section of this Privacy Policy (referred to as "Third Parties"). When authorizing Third Parties to conduct IBA, we adhere to the DAA Principles, which are available at http://www.digitaladvertisingalliance.org/principles/.
You have the opportunity to opt out of sharing your information and data for interest-based advertising purposes at any time. Opting out does not cease the delivery of ads; rather, they will no longer be tailored to your preferences, interests, behaviors, demographics, etc. For further details on opting out, please refer to the "Opt Out" section of our Privacy Policy.
Opt-Out
You can opt out through any of the following methods:
Using a third-party IBA provider
Google AdMob: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/html/mobile-about.html;
Vungle: https://vungle.com/opt-out/;
Chartboost: www.chartboost.com/useroptout;
Adjusting the "Do Not Track Settings" on your mobile phone
The shift from device IDs to Advertising Identifier is motivated by advertisers' ability to utilize this identifier exclusively for advertising purposes, while users retain the option to opt out of tracking through their mobile phone settings. The Advertising Identifier serves as an anonymous identifier for advertising purposes, allowing users to reset their identifier or opt out of interest-based ads. All parties involved in advertising are obligated to respect users' choices regarding tracking opt-outs, in accordance with app store guidelines.
If you opt out via the "Do Not Track Settings" on your mobile phone, all providers of advertising services are required to respect this "Do Not Track" setting; however, we cannot guarantee their compliance. Opting out through our Apps ensures that we do not share your advertising ID with advertisers for interest-based advertising purposes. Please note that we do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided prior to opting out, and some providers may offer additional opt-out mechanisms.
Enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" on your iOS device or "Opt Out of Interest-Based Ads" on your Android device allows you to restore interest-based ads by disabling these settings. Even after opting out, you may still encounter the same number of ads on your mobile device, but they may be less relevant as they will not be based on your interests. Our advertising partners may continue to deliver ads based on other non-personal information, such as the content of the application you are using.
Your iOS or Android mobile device may offer a "Limit Ad Tracking" or "Opt Out of Interest-Based Advertising" setting. When you opt out using this setting, our partners refrain from using information collected from that device to infer your interests or serve targeted ads to that device based on your inferred interests. You can locate this setting on your mobile device by following the instructions provided below or by contacting your device provider.
iOS:
Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Apple Advertising -> Enable the “Personalized Ads” flag
Android:
Settings -> Google Account -> Ads -> Enable the “Ad personalization” flag
Utilizing the opt-out feature within our Apps
Certain apps provide an opt-out option within the application itself. You can access this option by navigating to the "Settings" menu and disabling the "Interest-Based Ads" option. Opting for this choice ensures that ads will still be displayed; however, they will not be personalized according to your preferences. If you prefer to opt out of advertising entirely, you have the option to make an in-app purchase or delete the App.
Certain applications in our portfolio are tailored for children. In such applications, only contextual advertising is featured, and interest-based advertising is not utilized. Further details on this matter can be found in the “Children’s privacy” section.
You have the option to opt out of any future collection of your any information in line with this Privacy Policy by uninstalling all of Our Apps from each of your devices.
Children’s privacy
Some of our applications are tailored specifically for children. We take great care to ensure that we do not knowingly gather personal information from individuals under the age of 13, except for persistent identifiers. Additionally, we do not collect data for interest-based advertising purposes. If we discover inadvertent collection of personal information from a child under 13, excluding persistent identifiers, we will promptly take necessary measures to remove such information.
In our Apps, we have implemented age gating for certain features to restrict access for children under 13. This age verification process occurs post-download to ensure the privacy and safety of younger users. Regarding users who indicate they are under 13, we solely retain information indicating their device ID did not pass the age gate; we do not store their birth year.
When utilizing persistent identifiers, we refrain from contacting users under 13 or displaying behavioral advertising to them. Furthermore, we endeavor to ensure that our advertising partners uphold similar standards for collecting, using, and disclosing children's personal information. However, we cannot be held responsible for any breaches of commitment by our advertising partners in this regard. Should such breaches occur, you acknowledge that our liability is limited to the indemnification amounts we receive from our advertising partner for the breaches.

Given the global scope of our Service, your information may be transferred to various locations worldwide, including the United States. As data protection laws can vary between countries, we take proactive steps to establish adequate safeguards to protect your information, as outlined in this Policy.

Upon request, we will furnish you with a copy of your information in an electronic format. To initiate such requests, please email us at BittyPaw@gmail.com. We commit to addressing all requests within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with local regulations.
Please be aware that as most of the information we store can only identify a particular browser or device and does not directly identify you personally, you may need to provide us with some additional information. This is essential to help us accurately identify the information we hold about you and ensure that we fulfill your request while respecting the privacy rights of other individuals.
Storing Your Information
We retain your information for the duration necessary to furnish our services to you. There may be instances where we retain information for an extended period, albeit in a manner that prevents it from being traced back to you. Upon ceasing to require the information for service provision, we promptly delete it, unless a longer retention period is mandated or allowed by applicable laws.
The duration of storage may vary based on the territory where the information was collected and the relevant legislation. Nonetheless, our practice is to store information only when essential for the purposes of providing, enhancing, or customizing our services.
For Parents and Guardians
If you are a parent or guardian of a child using our games, we want you to understand how we collect and use your child's data, and we encourage you to be involved in your child's online activities. We have incorporated parental controls to help you manage your child's experience with our game.
