End-User License Agreement (EULA) of BitSync

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Achraf Cheikhi.

This EULA governs your access and use of the BitSync software (“Software”), whether obtained directly from Achraf Cheikhi or via an authorized distributor.

By installing, accessing, or using BitSync (including trial versions), you confirm your acceptance of this EULA. If you’re accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If not, do not use the Software.

This EULA applies to BitSync and any updates or related services unless different terms are provided with them.

License Grant

Achraf Cheikhi grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use BitSync on your personal devices. You’re responsible for ensuring your devices meet required specifications.

You may NOT:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or merge the Software into other products.
  
  

• Resell, sublicense, or use the Software for commercial purposes.
  
  

• Share access with others or violate local/international laws using the Software.
  
  

Ownership

BitSync and all related intellectual property remain the sole property of Achraf Cheikhi. No rights or ownership are transferred under this license.

Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time. It terminates automatically if you violate any term. Upon termination, stop using the Software and delete all copies.

Respecting Rights

You may not use BitSync to violate others’ rights (privacy, copyright, etc.), harass, spread spam, or misuse the platform in any prohibited way.

Safety & Fair Use

Avoid unsafe, unlawful, or unauthorized access or interference with the Software. Do not misuse user data or try to bypass protections. Respect our systems, other users, and local laws.

Intellectual Property

Except for user content, all BitSync assets remain the property of Achraf Cheikhi and protected by law. You may not use logos, content, or visuals without permission.

Third-Party Links

BitSync may link to external sites. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

Limitation of Liability

Achraf Cheikhi is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised. Use of the Software is at your own risk.

Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is” with no guarantees. We don’t warrant uninterrupted or error-free service or guarantee that issues will be fixed.

Governing Law

This agreement follows the laws of France. Any conflict will be resolved under those laws.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the new terms. If not, stop using the Software.

Subscriptions

BitSync Pro is billed weekly or monthly after the trial period via your app store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off 24 hours before renewal. Cancel via your account settings.
