This application “BitFX-Foot” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) is provided for the purpose of displaying cryptocurrency price information and assisting with analysis.
By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use define the conditions for using the App.
Use of this App is governed by Apple’s “Apple Media Services Standard EULA (Standard App License Agreement)”.

Configuration settings, analysis notes, display customization information, and other data entered or saved by users in the App are stored locally on the user's device.
The developer shall not be responsible for any loss or leakage of data caused by device malfunction, user error, system failure, unauthorized access, or other issues.
Users are responsible for managing any necessary data backups.
Users must not engage in the following activities:
Violating laws or assisting illegal activities
Reverse engineering, modifying, or improperly using the App
The App may include auto-renewable subscriptions.
Price: As displayed within the App
Subscription period: Monthly, yearly, or as indicated in the App
Subscriptions are charged to the user's Apple ID.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
Cancellation can be performed through Apple ID Subscription Management.
No refunds or prorated refunds are provided for unused periods.

The App allows users to voluntarily purchase tips.
Prices are displayed within the App.
Payments are processed through the user's Apple ID or Google account.
Tip purchases are non-refundable, and purchased content can only be used within the App.
The developer is not responsible for any issues arising from tip purchases.
Tip purchases comply with Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchase guidelines.
The App is provided “as is”, and the developer does not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of its operation.
The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
These Terms may be modified as necessary.
Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
