Bitey AI is a food calorie tracking application that allows users to:

• Estimate calorie intake using AI

• Track nutrition and eating habits

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes

• Not misuse or interfere with the App’s functionality

2. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

Bitey AI provides calorie estimates and nutrition insights based on user input and AI analysis.

• It does not provide medical or dietary advice

Before making health or diet decisions, consult a qualified:

• Doctor

• Nutritionist

• Healthcare professional

By using the App, you acknowledge:

• Calorie estimates may not be 100% accurate

• You are responsible for your dietary decisions

• The developers are not liable for any health-related outcomes

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using:

• Apple Sign-In

• Google Sign-In

• Firebase Authentication

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• Any activity under your account

We are not liable for unauthorized access.

4. Data & Privacy

• All food data and personal inputs are stored locally on your device

• If you delete your account or uninstall the App:

  • Your data is permanently deleted

  • Data cannot be recovered

5. Camera & Image Usage

The App may request access to:

• Camera

• Photo library

This is used only for:

• Capturing or selecting food images

• Estimating calories

You retain control over what you share.

6. Free Trial

• New users receive 2 free trials

• After the trial ends, a subscription is required for continued access

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Bitey AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions:

• Monthly Plan: $4.99/month

• Yearly Plan: $29.99/year

Billing

• Payment is charged via:

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play Store

Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing period ends

Management

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings

Refunds

• No refunds are provided for unused time unless required by platform policies or applicable law

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Bitey AI, including:

• Design

• Features

• Branding

• Code

is the property of the developer and protected by copyright laws.

You may not:

• Copy

• Modify

• Distribute

• Reverse engineer

any part of the App without permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or hack the App

• Use the App for illegal purposes

• Attempt to bypass subscription systems

• Interfere with App performance or security

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of calorie estimates

• Uninterrupted or error-free service

• That the App will meet your expectations

11. Limitation of Liability
