1. Privacy Policy
This privacy policy governs your use of the software application "Bist Takip" for mobile devices. The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application.
Information We Collect and How It Is Used:
- Email Address and User IDs: Collected securely for account authentication, user management, and app functionality via Firebase Services.
- Purchase History: Processed to verify active premium subscriptions. We DO NOT collect or store your credit card or payment details; all transactions are handled securely by Google Play Billing Services.
Data Security:
We value your trust in providing us your information. All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS protocols. We do not share your personal data with any third-party advertisers or external companies.
2. Account Deletion Request
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, users can request the complete deletion of their account and all associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account:
Option 1 (Inside the App): Open the Bist Takip app, navigate to Settings/Profile, tap on "Delete Account" and confirm. Your data will be removed instantly.
Option 2 (Via Email Request): If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, please send an email to ugurcantekugur@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and provide your registered email address.
Data Handling upon Deletion:
Upon receiving your request, your user profile, login credentials, and personal configurations will be permanently deleted from our active database within 24 hours. Minimal anonymized transaction logs may be retained solely for financial accounting purposes as mandated by Google Play billing.
