BFSD2019 is to be held, God willing, on Saturday 15 June 2019.
Registration starts at 9:30 a.m.
The day will start at 10:00 am with an opening thought (with the exception of creche children and helpers, everyone together in the hall to start the day together).
The day finishes at 4:30 p.m.
Once again the location is Moseley Secondary School, Wake Green Road, Birmingham (close to Hall Green Meeting room).
Theme: Three Strange Stories
Session 1: Why were Simeon and Levi blessed together?
Session 2: Why were the bones of Joseph buried at Shechem?
Session 3: How and why was Enoch translated?
Speakers: bro Roger Lewis
The youth sessions are aimed at the 13+ (year 8+) age group
Theme: Principles from early Genesis
Speakers: Stephen Hole & Tim Collard
Theme: Lessons from early Genesis
For each session, classes have been organised for children in school years reception to year 8.
Separate Youth sessions have been organised for those aged 13+ (see above)
Younger children can benefit from:
- The 'Quiet' Room with a video link (with their parents)
- The crèche (with their parents) - ages 0-24 months
- the pre-school class - ages 24-46 months
Please bring a packed lunch. Hot & Cold drinks will be provided.
There will be a choice of activities after lunch including games, hymn singing, free time to sit and chat or an optional talk on "Russia in the Mediterranean – The Naval Theatre for Armageddon” with Roger Lewis
There will be collections on the day to help spread the costs of the event, only if you are able, guide ave £7.50/head and £20/family
