This policy explains what information the Powerborne Heroes Mod For MCPE app ("the app") handles, why, and who it is shared with. The app is published by RIVER MOBILE APP DEV LLC ("we", "us"). It shows superhero add-ons for Minecraft Bedrock Edition made by third-party creators on CurseForge, and lets you download those files and open them in Minecraft.
No account, sign-in, name, e-mail address or phone number is required or collected by us.
We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs. The only third-party SDKs that collect data are Google AdMob (ads) and Google Play services (purchases, in-app review), described below.
The app requests no permission for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or storage.
Your favorites, download history, language choice and downloaded files stay on your device.

The app talks to a server we operate on Cloudflare Workers (powerborne-heroes-backend.curseforge-proxy.workers.dev). It is used to:
Look up your country. At launch, and again after the app has been closed for a while, the app asks our server which country your IP address is in. The server answers with a two-letter country code only (for example "US"). The app sends no device identifier, language, SIM country or location for this. Ads are only requested once a country is known; if it cannot be determined, no ads are shown.
Provide the catalog. Add-on information and permitted files can be loaded through the server, which fetches them from CurseForge.
Our server does not store your IP address, the country answer or any identifier about you. Like any internet service, Cloudflare processes connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the request and protect the service; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect and use information such as your IP address, device and app information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad interactions, according to Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Your choices. In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and in some US states, the app shows Google's consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) before ads are requested. You can change your choices later in the app under Settings > Privacy choices when that option is shown.
Child-safe ad settings. Because Minecraft content appeals to children, the app tells Google to treat ad requests as child-directed and as coming from users under the age of consent, limits ads to content rated for general audiences, does not request personalized ads, and does not use the Android Advertising ID (the permission is removed from the app).
Ads are never required to download or import an add-on. Optional rewarded ads are shown only when you tap a "Watch an ad" button.
If you buy "Remove ads", the app stops loading and showing ads.
The optional one-time "Remove ads" purchase is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see your payment details. Google Play tells the app whether you own the purchase so ads can be turned off and restored after reinstalling. If you use the in-app rating prompt, it is shown and handled by Google Play's In-App Review service; we do not learn whether you left a review or what it says. See Google's privacy policy.
Add-on names, descriptions, pictures and files belong to their creators and come from CurseForge (operated by Overwolf). When you open an add-on's CurseForge page inside the app, that page is loaded from CurseForge in an in-app browser view, and CurseForge may use cookies and may show its own content or ads there under its own privacy policy. The in-app view only opens CurseForge pages; the app does not read what you do on those pages, except to receive the file you choose to download so it can check it and open it in Minecraft. Files you download are saved in the app's private storage and handed to Minecraft only when you tap "Open in Minecraft".
The app may be used by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children: the app has no accounts, no chat, no user profiles and no way to share personal information, and ads are requested with the child-safe settings described in section 4. If you believe a child has provided us personal information (for example by e-mail), contact us and we will delete it.
Data on your device stays until you delete it. Settings > Remove downloaded files deletes downloaded add-ons; uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes everything the app stored.
Our server keeps no personal data, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
For data held by Google (ads, purchases), use Google's tools, such as your Google Account.
If you e-mail us, we keep your message only as long as needed to answer it.
All network connections made by the app use HTTPS. Downloaded files are checked before they are saved, kept in the app's private storage, and shared with Minecraft only through a temporary, read-only Android permission.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information. Because we do not keep personal information on our servers, most requests concern data held by Google; we will still help with any request sent to the address below.
If the app starts handling information differently, we will update this policy and change the effective date above.
