Full-field optical coherence tomography is a microscopic technique based on low-coherence interferometry to retrieve depth-information. This is an optical equivalent of ultrasound echography. This technique is label-free, simple, cost-effective and provides an excellent optical sectioning.
Currently our efforts are focused on the development of innovative approaches to :
(1) to develop a compact version to fit inside an incubator.
(2) to develop a comprehensive approach for processing the data acquired in the dynamic FF-OCT mode.
(3) Increase the imaging depth of FF-OCT
(4) Improve the volumetric acquisition speed of FF-OCT
