The mobile application “BinoX Platform” (“Mobile Application”) is owned by G.G.S. SIATHA LIMITED (“Company”). The commercial name of the company is “BinoX Platform”.
The company is registered under registration number 405629, with the registered company address at 24 Herodotou Street, Dromolaxia, 7020, Larnaca, Cyprus.
At BinoX Platform, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy document contains the types of information that are collected and recorded by BinoX Platform and how we use it. By accessing or using the Mobile Application, we assume you accept this Privacy Policy. Do not continue to use the Mobile Application if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for users of the Mobile Application with regard to the information that you share and/or that we collect through BinoX Platform. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than the Mobile Application. Please read the following information carefully to understand our practices regarding your Personal Data.
The following terminology applies to this Privacy Policy:
“Client”, “You” and “Your” refer to you.
“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refer to our Company.
“Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refer to both you and ourselves.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
By using the Mobile Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Mobile Application on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
The opening and registration of an account will give rise to a contractual relationship with us, as regulated by our Service Agreement. The existence of this contract also serves as the legal basis for certain processing activities involving your Personal Data.
Personal Data means data relating to a living individual who can be identified from the data we hold. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, contact details, and online identifiers.
Personal Data does not include anonymous data.
Processing means any activity involving the use of Personal Data, including collecting, recording, organizing, storing, using, disclosing, erasing, or destroying such data.
We process your Personal Data when you:
use the Mobile Application;
register an account with us (“Account”);
use any services available within the Mobile Application.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication within the Mobile Application. Your continued use of the Mobile Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
We may collect and process the following categories of Personal Data:
Identity Data: first name, surname, maiden name (where applicable);
Contact Data: address, billing address, email address, phone number;
Transaction Data: subscriptions, purchases, payments, and service usage history;
Usage Data: information about how you use the Mobile Application;
Technical Data: IP address, device information, operating system, login data;
Application Visit Data: interaction data, activity logs, error reports.
We may also use Aggregated Data for statistical purposes. Aggregated Data does not identify you personally.
We collect data through:
Account Registration – when you create an account;
Direct Interactions – when you contact us or submit forms;
Automated Technologies – through log files, cookies, and similar technologies within the Mobile Application.
BinoX Platform uses cookies to enhance user experience. You may disable cookies in your device settings; however, some features of the Mobile Application may not function properly.
Third-party services integrated into the Mobile Application may also use cookies or similar technologies. We do not control these third-party cookies.
We use your Personal Data where:
necessary to perform a contract;
required by law or regulation;
necessary for our legitimate business interests;
you have provided consent.
You may receive marketing communications if:
you have an ongoing contractual relationship with us; and
you have not opted out.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the opt-out option in communications.
We may share Personal Data with:
service providers and technical partners;
affiliated entities involved in service provision.
All third parties are required to ensure appropriate data protection.
BinoX Platform does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 18 years of age. If such data is identified, it will be promptly deleted.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data. Access is limited to authorized personnel only.
You must not share your login credentials with third parties. Passwords are stored in encrypted form. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
EU users have rights including:
access;
rectification;
erasure;
restriction;
data portability;
objection;
withdrawal of consent.

To delete your account:
Log in to the Mobile Application;
Open Settings;
Select “Delete Account”;
Confirm the action.
Some data may be retained if required by law.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority. We encourage you to contact us first.
