I am an Associate Professor of Economics at Rutgers University - New Brunswick.
I am a health economist whose research examines information and incentives in health care, with a focus on medical innovation, information and competition, and physician practice in both developed countries and emerging economies. My work lies at the intersection of health economics, industrial organization, and development economics. My research has been published in leading field journals in Economics and related subjects, including Journal of Health Economics, Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Law and Economics, Management Science, JAMA Internal Medicine, and Journal of the American Medical Directors Association.
