BinduBox Privacy Policy

Last updated: 06 October 2026

BinduBox ("the app") is developed by Samay Topre. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

Online Multiplayer

If you use the "Play Online" feature, the app temporarily stores the name you enter, your game moves, scores, and match result in our database so the two players' devices can stay in sync during the match. This data exists only for the duration of the match and is not linked to any personal identity — there is no account, login, or way to trace it back to a specific person. We also store anonymous counts of how many online matches have been played, used only to help us understand usage of the feature.

Optional Feedback

If you choose to use the in-app Feedback feature, we collect the star rating and message you submit, along with the app version. This is entirely optional — you are never required to send feedback to use the app.

Advertising

The app displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information (such as a device advertising ID) and usage data to show relevant ads and measure ad performance, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Information We Do Not Collect

BinduBox does not require account creation or login. We do not collect your name beyond what you optionally choose to enter in-app (such as a display name for a match), and that name is never linked to your identity, email, phone number, or location. We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or files.

How Data Is Used

Feedback messages and online match data are stored securely and used only to operate and improve the app. They are not sold or shared with third parties beyond our database provider, which stores the data on our behalf.

Children's Privacy

BinduBox is a casual puzzle game suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
