Privacy Policy — Bills & Quacks
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Bills & Quacks (the "Game") handles information. The Game is developed by OG808GameStudio ("we", "us").
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or other personal information.
Your game progress (coins, pools, mallets, settings) is stored only on your device. To improve the Game, we receive anonymous usage statistics and crash reports through Google Firebase (section 3). They do not include your name or contacts.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process:
- the device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID);
- device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version);
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- information about ad views and interactions.
How Google uses this information: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

3. Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase)
The Game uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics, services of Google LLC. They collect:
- a random app instance identifier created by the Game (not your name or phone number);
- how the Game is played: tutorial steps, pools opened, stars, purchases made with in-game coins, ad offers tapped and watched, session length;
- device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version) and the country derived from the IP address;
- crash reports: what the Game was doing when it failed and the device state at that moment.
We use this information only to find where players get stuck, to balance the Game and to fix crashes. We do not sell it and do not use it to identify you.

4. Your consent and choices
- Users in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland see a consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) when they first start the Game. There you can accept or decline personalised ads and analytics storage, or choose your options. Until you answer, the Game sends no analytics. If you decline, analytics works without storing identifiers on your device. You can change your choice at any time with the "Privacy" button in the Game's settings.
- On Android you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- If you decline personalised ads, you may still see non-personalised ads.
5. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Data retention and deletion
Your progress stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data (Android Settings → Apps → Bills & Quacks → Storage → Clear data). This also resets the analytics identifier. Google Analytics keeps usage data for up to 14 months; Crashlytics keeps crash reports for up to 90 days. Data collected by Google for ads is kept according to Google's policies. To ask Google about your data, use the links in sections 2 and 3.
7. Security
We do not run our own servers. Google's services transmit data over encrypted connections.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always published at this address, with the date of the last update.
