Invoice information and application preferences are stored locally on your Android device.
BillCraftX does not require an account, registration, or cloud account to create or manage invoices.
We do not operate a remote server that receives or stores your invoice information.
BillCraftX does not intentionally collect or transmit your personal information to us.
The app does not use your invoice information for advertising, profiling, analytics, or tracking.
BillCraftX does not automatically share your invoice information with third parties.
The app includes a sharing feature that allows you to generate and share an invoice or PDF using applications installed on your device.
Information is shared only when you manually choose to use the Share feature and select a destination.
Once information is shared with another application or service, its handling is subject to the privacy practices of that application or service.
BillCraftX can generate invoice PDF files from information entered by the user.
PDF generation is performed for the purpose of allowing users to save or share their invoices.
Generated files may temporarily remain in application-specific storage or cache until they are removed by the application, Android system, or user.
BillCraftX may provide a notification preference within the application.
If notification permission is required by your Android version, the app may request permission only when notification functionality is used or enabled.
Notification preferences are stored locally on your device.
You may disable notifications at any time through BillCraftX settings or your Android device settings.
BillCraftX allows users to select their preferred invoice currency.
The selected currency preference is stored locally on the device and is used to display invoice amounts and generated invoices.
BillCraftX does not include advertising networks, analytics platforms, cloud databases, or tracking SDKs for the purpose of collecting user information.
The Rate Us feature may open Google Play or a web browser. Any information processed by Google Play or your browser is governed by the privacy policy of the respective service.
BillCraftX is designed to request only permissions required for its available functionality.
Depending on your Android version and enabled features, the app may request notification permission.
BillCraftX does not require access to your contacts, precise location, microphone, or camera for its core invoice functionality.
Invoice information remains stored locally on your device until you:
Delete an invoice from the app
Clear the application's data
Remove application data through Android settings
Uninstall the application
Copies of invoices that you intentionally save or share outside BillCraftX may remain in the destination location or third-party application until you remove them there.
BillCraftX uses Android's application storage mechanisms to keep locally stored application data within the app's storage environment.
However, no electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their devices using appropriate device security features.
BillCraftX does not sell, rent, or trade user information.
BillCraftX does not require users to create an account or sign in to use the application's core features.
Therefore, BillCraftX does not maintain an online user account database.
Users control the invoice information they enter into BillCraftX.
You can remove locally stored invoice information by deleting invoices within the application or by clearing the application's data from Android settings.
BillCraftX is a general invoice productivity application and is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an online service operated by BillCraftX.
