I am a software development leader, who has written software, designed, developed, and trained 1000s of software developers and even more end-users on enterprise-class software applications, written, published, and produced documentation, worked and lead teams globally, worked directly and indirectly in Product Management, including developing budgets, roadmaps, use-cases, user stories, enhancement and development prioritization, and end-user engagement including blogs, webinars, and conference presentations. I have also led release and QA teams.
Beyond just software, I have deep experience in HR, Marketing, L&D, and Sales/Business Development. My teams re-built a change management and education (CM&E) organization, grew revenue and net income substantially (+100%), and re-establishing key vendor and client relations. I have led multi-national teams managing direct revenue over $15M/annually. Also, I have led a global P&L, and re-aligned that team to accomplish 25% revenue and sales growth with positive margin.
In summary, I am an excellent software technology leader and contributors, capable of creating success in a number of software technologies roles. My primary experiences are in L&D, documentation, and product management.
