If you want a versatile, non-slip solution for irregular shapes and tight spaces without damaging delicate surfaces, choose BILEKSU 2PCS; if you need maximum torque, heavy-duty leverage for stubborn filters on trucks or farm equipment, choose AJulyBee 2PCS.
• BILEKSU 2PCS: Its biggest strength is the soft TPR handle and reinforced gear design that distributes force evenly, making it gentle on finishes and easy on hands during long jobs. Its trade-off is that it relies on friction from the rubber strap, which might not generate the raw turning power needed for rusted-on industrial filters. This pick is for DIYers who value comfort and versatility across plumbing and automotive tasks.
• AJulyBee 2PCS: Its biggest strength is the high-strength carbon steel construction with serrated jaws and a 12-inch lever arm, delivering serious torque for tough removals. Its trade-off is its rigid, metal-heavy build, which can mar painted surfaces if not used carefully and offers less flexibility for odd-shaped objects than a strap. This pick is for mechanics and heavy users tackling oil changes on large vehicles or farm machinery.
The BILEKSU 2PCS set is designed around the philosophy of adaptability and user comfort. It arrives as a pair of adjustable rubber strap wrenches, featuring a larger 24-inch strap capable of handling objects up to 7.8 inches across and a smaller 19.7-inch strap for items up to 4.7 inches in diameter. This range covers everything from standard residential faucets and water filters to automotive oil filters found in most cars, trucks, and SUVs. The core advantage here lies in its construction materials; it utilizes a blend of high-quality TPR, PP, and rubber. These materials are not just about grip; they are engineered to protect the surface of whatever you are working on. Unlike metal tools that bite into chrome or paint, this rubber belt conforms tightly to irregular shapes, ensuring a secure hold without scratching.
For the homeowner or weekend mechanic, the ergonomic soft TPR handle is a game-changer. When you are wrestling with a stuck filter or a frozen pipe fitting, your hand fatigue becomes a major factor. The cushioning provided by the TPR rubber effectively absorbs reaction forces, allowing you to apply steady pressure without numbness or slipping. The reinforced gear layout inside the tool spreads the pulling force evenly across the belt, which significantly extends the tool's life compared to basic strap designs that often snap under tension. You simply wrap the strap, tighten until it grips, and pull in the direction of the arrow to loosen or tighten. This simplicity makes it an excellent tool for anyone who needs a reliable, multi-purpose wrench that can switch from plumbing repairs to car maintenance in seconds.
However, this tool is not a brute-force machine. If you are dealing with a filter that has been bolted down for years in a salt-prone environment, the friction-based grip of the rubber strap might struggle to break the initial torque compared to a steel clamp. It excels in situations where precision and protection matter more than sheer power. You should buy this if you work in tight engine bays where space is limited, or if you frequently handle delicate components like glass bottles, polished pipes, or finished wood. You should skip this if your primary focus is exclusively on heavy-duty diesel engines or agricultural equipment where the highest possible leverage is required to move massive, seized parts.

The AJulyBee 2PCS set takes a completely different approach, focusing entirely on raw mechanical advantage and durability. This kit includes two distinct tools: a 12-inch adjustable oil filter plier and a 3-jaw universal oil filter removal wrench. Both are forged from high-strength carbon steel that is heat-treated for longevity. The black oxide finish serves a functional purpose beyond aesthetics; it prevents rust and corrosion, ensuring the tools survive harsh garage environments, exposure to oil, and the elements. This is a set built for people who treat their tools as permanent investments rather than disposable items.
The 12-inch plier is the workhorse of this pair. With its long handle, it provides significant leverage, reaching into tight engine compartments where short tools fail. The jaws are high-frequency quenched and serrated, designed to dig into the metal casing of an oil filter and lock it in place. It fits filters ranging from 2 inches to 4-1/3 inches in diameter. The second tool, the 3-jaw universal wrench, adjusts automatically to fit filters between 2-3/8 inches and 3-3/4 inches. It features flat triangular rubber-coated grips that offer a stable hold even on oily surfaces, but the driving force comes from its compatibility with a 3/8" drive ratchet. This allows you to attach a standard socket wrench, multiplying your manual effort into serious rotational power.
This set is ideal for professional mechanics, fleet owners, or hobbyists working on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and farm equipment. If your daily routine involves changing oil on multiple vehicles, especially those with large, heavy filters, the AJulyBee tools will save you time and physical strain. The carbon steel construction means these tools will not bend or deform under extreme stress. However, the rigid nature of the plier requires careful placement to avoid crushing the filter canister or marring the surrounding engine block if you slip. You should buy this if you prioritize speed, torque, and the ability to remove the most stubborn filters quickly. You should skip this if you need a tool that doubles as a general-purpose gripper for household plumbing or fragile items, as the metal jaws lack the flexibility and surface protection of a rubber strap.
• Best for surface protection → BILEKSU 2PCS, thanks to its all-rubber contact points that won't scratch chrome or paint.
• Best for heavy torque → AJulyBee 2PCS, utilizing a 12-inch lever arm and ratchet compatibility to crush rusted connections.
• Best for irregular shapes → BILEKSU 2PCS, as the flexible strap wraps around odd contours that rigid jaws cannot reach.
• Best for oily environments → AJulyBee 2PCS, with serrated steel jaws and rubber-coated grips designed to bite through grease.

• Best for large vehicles → AJulyBee 2PCS, specifically designed for the larger filters found on trucks, SUVs, and farm machinery.
• Best for versatility → BILEKSU 2PCS, usable on pipes, faucets, bottles, and filters alike.
• Best for durability → AJulyBee 2PCS, constructed from heat-treated carbon steel resistant to bending and corrosion.
After weighing the specifications and intended use cases, I would personally choose the AJulyBee 2PCS for my own garage, specifically for the task of doing oil changes. While the BILEKSU option is undeniably clever for protecting surfaces and handling awkward angles, the reality of automotive maintenance often involves fighting against seized, rusted parts that require brute force. The 12-inch leverage of the AJulyBee plier and the ratcheting capability of the 3-jaw wrench provide a mechanical advantage that the rubber strap simply cannot match. For a dedicated oil change setup, I want a tool that guarantees the job gets done without me having to apply excessive body weight or risk slipping. The carbon steel construction also assures me that these tools will last for years of hard use, whereas the rubber components of the BILEKSU set may degrade faster under constant high-tension stress. If your primary goal is efficiency and power when removing filters from cars, trucks, or motorcycles, the AJulyBee set is the smarter investment.
The AJulyBee 2PCS is superior for this due to its high-strength carbon steel construction and serrated jaws that provide a non-slip grip on rough, corroded surfaces, combined with the leverage of a 12-inch handle.
Yes, the BILEKSU 2PCS is ideal for this because its soft TPR rubber belt conforms to the shape without scratching or marring delicate chrome finishes, unlike the metal jaws of the AJulyBee plier.
You do not need one for the plier, but the 3-jaw universal removal wrench is designed to be compatible with a 3/8" drive ratchet wrench, which significantly increases the torque and reduces labor during removal.
Yes, the AJulyBee set covers a wide range with its adjustable plier (2" to 4-1/3") and 3-jaw tool (2-3/8" to 3-3/4"), while the BILEKSU set uses two strap sizes (up to 7.8 inches and 4.7 inches) to accommodate various vehicle types.
