I am a researcher working on algorithmic management, AI and digital labour, with a focus on the Global South.
My work examines how digital technologies reshape work and development outcomes by combining large-scale qualitative fieldwork with policy analysis and engagement. I have conducted over 350 in-depth interviews with workers across India and co-authored publications with Fairwork India.
I am currently based in Kerala.
