BigDrive (“BigDrive”, “we”, “us”) provides the BigDrive mobile application and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

1. Who is responsible (Data Controller)

Depending on your device settings and permissions, location may be collected while the app is in use (“foreground”) and, if you explicitly allow it, while the app is not actively open (“background”) for features that rely on ongoing location (for example, navigation continuity or location-based functionality). You can control location permissions in your device settings at any time.
   c) Routes, stops, and user-generated content: We may process route details you create (multiple stops), and parking/unloading spot information submitted or confirmed by users (for example, confirmations or feedback related to parking points).
   d) Usage and diagnostics: We may collect app interaction data and technical information such as device type/model, operating system version, language, app version, timestamps, and diagnostic data (crashes, performance, errors) to maintain and improve the Service.
   e) Approximate location and network data: We may infer approximate location from IP address for security, fraud prevention, and basic analytics.
   
   

3. How we use information
   We use information for the following purposes:
   a) Provide and operate the Service (route planning, multi-stop navigation, displaying and improving parking/unloading points, and related features).
   b) Improve, test, and develop the Service (debugging, performance monitoring, feature improvement, user experience).
   c) Safety, security, and fraud prevention (detecting abuse, protecting users and the Service).
   d) Communications (responding to support requests and sending service-related notices).
