When is the Draw Date?
In light of the National Recovery Plan (NRP) announced by the Government of Malaysia, we will update the draw date in National Recovery Plan (NRP) Phase 3. Meanwhile, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us via Facebook private message or customer support teams.

When will I receive the tickets?
As this is a Pre-Order ticket, the orders will be shipped in National Recovery Plan (NRP) Phase 3. Do stay tuned to our Facebook page and Big Sweep App for the upcoming announcement on the new tickets' release.

How do I know if my tickets are ready to ship?
You will receive an email along with the tracking number once your item is ready to be shipped. You may track the item status with Skynet Tracking.
