Update for 2024

We aim to make the new Swap Process as simple as possible, while also retaining the important safeguarding measures that keep our Swaps safe (from data privacy issues) and successful (with over 90% of participants receiving the same number of cards they have sent). However - no system is perfect, and ultimately we cannot take responsibility for those with bad intentions, please keep this in mind before signing up.

Step #1: Registration

The Registration Form will take some of your Personal Details (Name, Email, Location, Swap Size Preference, etc). If you had/have a login on our website, please use that Email Address.

Note: Mailing Address Information is not requested until the next step - so those who Register but do not Confirm their participation cannot/will not be matched with others.

You will receive an email within 24hrs of successfully submitting your Registration Form and will be able to immediately proceed to the next step. Step #2: Email Verification / Confirmation

You should receive an automated email within 24hrs of submitting your Registration Form.

This serves the purpose of ensuring you have provided a valid email address, and also provides the link/info on how to Confirm your Registration. When completing your Confirmation Form you will be asked for your current mailing address - please ensure this is accurate.

Once you have successfully completed this Step you will receive Swap Confirmation Complete EMAIL, which will contain all the important date/info you'll need for the Swap(s) you've Joined.

Step #3:  Swap List  (Add Sent Date & Received Log)

You will receive an email on your Swap Matched Date, this will contain a link to your Swap List.

Everybody within your Swap Group will have access to the list. You will also have the option to add a Sent Date each time you access the List. Once you have sent to everyone on your list, please do so - this will be visible by all your Swap Group members. You will also have the ability to add names to your Received Log each time you access your Swap List, this is also visible by each member of your Swap Group.

Premium Swaps/Gifts

There will be no Premium Swaps/Gift Exchanges for the Summer 2024.

Going forward Swaps will be invite-only based on past Swap Experience, Ko-Fi Supporters, or participation in our Facebook Group. More info coming in Fall 2024.

Important Dates

All of our Swaps going forward, regardless of location, will have the same Registration/Confirmation Deadline. and all Swap Lists will be available on the same Dates. However will have separate 'Suggested Deadline' for mailing for USA Domestic or Worldwide/International Swaps. All of these details will be included on the Registration Form, within Email notifications from us, and also be published on our Facebook Page/Group.
