Privacy Statement

Hi there! I am DirkJan, and I am committed to keeping your personal information safe. This page explains how I collect, use, and protect your data on this website. My goal is to build a fun community of indoor gardeners, not to compromise your privacy.

Clear and Simple Privacy Promises

• I Never Sell Your Data
Your trust matters to me. I do not sell, rent, or trade your name or email address with any third parties or advertising companies. I only use your information to send you the strawberry guide and helpful emails.

• The Tools I Use
To run this side hustle, I use free and secure Google tools. I use Google Sites to host this website and Google Forms to collect your name and email when you sign up. Google stores this data securely on my behalf.

• GDPR and CCPA Compliance
Even though this is a small local side hustle, I respect major privacy laws like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This means you have total control over your information.

• Your Rights
You have the right to see the data I have, ask me to change it, or ask me to delete it completely at any time.

If you ever want to stop receiving my emails or want your information removed from my list, just let me know. You can also give me a call at the phone number listed in my emails.

Thank you for trusting me with your data.

Happy growing!

Dirkjan
