PRIVACY POLICY — Take It Easy

Take It Easy is developed and published by an independent individual developer
(a single person), not a company or organization.
This Privacy Policy explains how I, the individual developer of the Take It Easy
mobile application ("Take It Easy" or "the app"), handle your information. By
installing or using Take It Easy, you agree to the practices described below.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the app.
1. SUMMARY (PLAIN LANGUAGE)

- Take It Done is a habit and routine tracker made by one individual developer.
- All of your habit data is stored locally on your device. There is no account
system, and your habits are not uploaded to any server.
- I do not sell your data, and the app shows no third-party ads.
- The app does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- Optional premium features ("Take It Done Ultimate"), if offered, are purchased
through Google Play. Payments are processed by Google, not by me.
2. INFORMATION THE APP PROCESSES

a) Data you create in the app (stored on your device only):
- Habits and routines you add (name, description, category, schedule,
goals, units, reminder times).
- Your completion history, streaks, and statistics.
- App settings (theme, display mode, reminder on/off, premium status).
This data is stored in a local database on your device and stays on your
device. It is not transmitted to me or to anyone else.
b) Data handled by Google Play (only if you make a purchase):
- If you buy Take It Done Ultimate, the transaction is processed by Google Play
Billing. I do not receive or store your payment card details. I only
receive confirmation that a purchase or restore succeeded, so the app can
unlock premium features on your device.
- Google's handling of payment data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
c) Information you send voluntarily:
- If you contact me by email (for example, to send feedback or report a
bug), I will receive your email address and the contents of your message,
and use them only to reply to you.
3. DEVICE PERMISSIONS

Take It Done may request the following permissions, used only for the stated
purpose:
- Notifications: to show habit reminders at the times you choose. You can turn
reminders off in the app or in your device's system settings.
- Alarms & reminders / exact alarm: to deliver your reminders at the exact time
you set.
- Run after device restart (boot): to re-schedule your reminders after the
phone is turned off and on again.
- Home-screen widgets: to display your habits on your home screen, if you
choose to add a widget.
The app does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos,
or call/SMS data.
4. HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED

The information above is used only to:
- Provide core functionality (tracking habits, streaks, and statistics).
- Deliver the reminders you configure.
- Unlock and restore premium features you have purchased.
- Reply to support or feedback messages you send.
Your data is never used for advertising or profiling.
5. DATA SHARING
---------------
I do not sell your personal data, and I do not share your habit data with third
parties. The only third party involved is Google Play, and only for processing
purchases and app distribution, under Google's own terms and privacy policy.
6. DATA STORAGE, RETENTION, AND SECURITY
----------------------------------------
- Your habit data remains on your device for as long as the app is installed,
or until you delete it.
- You can permanently delete all of your data at any time using
Settings > "Clear all data".
- Uninstalling the app removes the app's local data from your device.
- Because data is stored locally, its security also depends on your device's
own security (screen lock, encryption, etc.). Please keep your device
protected and up to date.
7. BACKUP, EXPORT, AND IMPORT

Take It Done may let you export your data to a file and import it back. Any exported
file is created and controlled by you. If you store or share that file (for
example, in cloud storage or via messaging), it leaves the app's control and
becomes subject to the terms of the service you use. Keep exported files in a
safe place.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
---------------------
Take It Done is not directed to children under the age required by your local law
(for example, under 13 in some countries). I do not knowingly collect personal
data from children. Since the app stores data locally and has no account
system, no personal data is collected.
9. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
--------------------------
Because your data stays on your device, you remain in direct control of it. At
any time you can:
- View, edit, or delete individual habits.
- Turn reminders on or off.
- Clear all app data via Settings.
- Uninstall the app.
If you have contacted me by email and want that correspondence deleted, you may
request this at the contact address below.
10. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Take It Done processes data locally on your device regardless of your country. Where
applicable laws (such as the GDPR or similar) grant you rights over personal
data, note that I, the developer, do not hold a copy of your habit data — it
resides on your device.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
--------------------------
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When I do, I will revise the
"Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the app.
Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated
policy.
