Kısaca: Bibo Kids hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz, hiçbir veriyi bize göndermez ve reklam içermez. Girdiğiniz bilgiler yalnızca kendi cihazınızda kalır. İsteğe bağlı Bibo Premium aboneliğinin ödemesini Apple işler.
Bu gizlilik politikası, 2–7 yaş arası çocuklar için hazırlanmış Bibo Kids: Oyna ve Öğren uygulamasının (“Uygulama”) bilgileri nasıl ele aldığını açıklar.
1. Toplanan veriler
Uygulama sizden veya çocuğunuzdan hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz. Uygulamada kullanıcı hesabı, kayıt formu, kendimize ait bir sunucu, analitik (kullanım istatistiği) aracı ya da üçüncü taraf takip yazılımı yoktur. Uygulama internete yalnızca abonelik bilgilerini Apple'ın App Store'undan almak için bağlanır.
2. Yalnızca cihazda saklanan bilgiler
Uygulamanın çalışabilmesi için aşağıdaki bilgiler sadece sizin cihazınızda saklanır; bize veya başka bir kişiye gönderilmez:
• Çocuk profili: ebeveynin girdiği ad (ve isteğe bağlı soyadı), cinsiyet, seçilen avatar ve yaş grubu. Bu bilgiler yalnızca içeriği yaşa uygun göstermek ve çocuğa adıyla seslenmek için kullanılır.
• Ekran süresi ayarı ve günlük kullanım süresi.
• Oyun ilerlemesi: sanal bebek Bibo'nun durumu ve sınavlardaki en iyi puanlar.
• Bibo Karnesi: son 7 günde oynanan oyunlar ve süreleri, izlenen video sayısı, bakılan İngilizce konular ve çözülen sınav sayısı. Bu bilgiler yalnızca ebeveyn bölümünde gösterilir, 7 günden eski kayıtlar kendiliğinden silinir ve iCloud'a ya da cihaz yedeğine alınmaz.
Akış ekranındaki geri düğmesiyle profilden çıktığınızda çocuk profili, sınav puanları ve Bibo Karnesi silinir. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırdığınızda ise yukarıdaki bilgilerin tamamı silinir.
3. İzinler
• Fotoğraflar (yalnızca ekleme): Çocuğunuzun boyadığı resimleri, siz kaydet düğmesine bastığınızda fotoğraf galerinize eklemek için kullanılır. Uygulama galerinizdeki fotoğrafları göremez ve okuyamaz.
• Face ID / Touch ID: Ebeveyn bölümünü, ekran süresi ayarlarını ve satın alma ekranını yalnızca ebeveynin açabilmesi için kullanılır. Face ID ya da Touch ID kullanılamayan cihazlarda bunun yerine yetişkinlerin çözebileceği bir işlem sorusu sorulur. Doğrulama tamamen iOS tarafından yapılır; uygulama yüz veya parmak izi verisine hiçbir zaman erişmez.
4. Reklam, abonelik ve dış bağlantılar
Uygulamada reklam yoktur.
Bibo Premium aboneliği: Uygulamanın bir kısmı ücretsizdir; tüm içerik için isteğe bağlı, otomatik yenilenen Bibo Premium aboneliği (aylık veya yıllık, yeni abonelere 7 gün ücretsiz deneme) sunulur. Satın alma, geri yükleme ve iptal işlemleri tamamen Apple'ın App Store'u üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme ve kart bilgilerinizi Apple işler; biz bu bilgileri görmeyiz ve saklamayız. Uygulama yalnızca aboneliğin etkin olup olmadığını Apple'dan öğrenir ve bu bilgiyi başka bir yere göndermez.
Satın alma ekranı ile Kullanım Şartları ve Gizlilik Politikası bağlantıları yalnızca ebeveyn doğrulamasından (Face ID / Touch ID ya da ebeveyn sorusu) sonra açılır. Çocuğunuz uygulamanın içinden dışarıya yönlendirilmez.

5. Çocukların gizliliği
Uygulama çocuklar için tasarlanmıştır. Çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamadığımız için ebeveyn onayı gerektiren bir veri işleme de yapılmaz. Uygulama; Türkiye'deki 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK), ABD Çocukların Çevrim İçi Gizliliğini Koruma Yasası (COPPA), AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) ilkeleri ve Apple'ın Çocuklar kategorisi kuralları gözetilerek hazırlanmıştır.
6. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse güncel hali bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki tarih yenilenir. Uygulamaya veri toplayan bir özellik eklenirse, bu özellik devreye girmeden önce politika güncellenir.

In short: Bibo Kids collects no personal data, sends nothing to us and shows no ads. Everything you enter stays on your own device. Payments for the optional Bibo Premium subscription are handled by Apple.
This privacy policy explains how Bibo Kids: Oyna ve Öğren (“the App”), a learning app for children aged 2–7, handles information.
1. Data we collect
The App does not collect any personal data from you or your child. It has no user accounts, sign-up forms, servers of our own, analytics or third-party tracking software. The App only connects to the internet to get subscription information from Apple's App Store.
2. Information stored only on the device
To work, the App keeps the following only on your device; it is never sent to us or anyone else:
• The child profile entered by a parent: first name (and an optional surname), gender, chosen avatar and age group, used only to show age-appropriate content and to greet the child by name.
• The screen-time limit and today's usage.
• Game progress: the virtual pet's state and best quiz scores.
• Bibo Report Card (Bibo Karnesi): the games played and for how long, the number of videos watched, the English topics viewed and the number of quizzes taken over the last 7 days. It is shown only in the parent area, entries older than 7 days are deleted automatically, and it is never backed up to iCloud or device backups.
Leaving the profile (the back button on the Feed screen) deletes the child profile, quiz scores and the Report Card. Deleting the App erases all of the information above.
3. Permissions
• Photos (add only): used to save your child's colouring pictures to your photo library when you tap the save button. The App cannot see or read your photos.
• Face ID / Touch ID: used so that only a parent can open the parent area, change screen-time settings and reach the purchase screen. On devices where Face ID or Touch ID is not available, an arithmetic question for adults is asked instead. Authentication is handled entirely by iOS; the App never has access to face or fingerprint data.
4. Ads, subscription and external links
The App contains no advertising.
Bibo Premium subscription: Part of the App is free; an optional, auto-renewing Bibo Premium subscription (monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers) unlocks all content. Purchases, restores and cancellations are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. Apple processes your payment details; we never see or store them. The App only asks Apple whether the subscription is active and does not send this anywhere else.
The purchase screen and the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy links only open after a parent check (Face ID / Touch ID or a parent question). Children are never sent outside the App.

5. Children's privacy
The App is designed for children. Because we collect no personal data from children, no data processing requiring parental consent takes place. The App was built with the principles of COPPA, GDPR, Turkey's KVKK (Law No. 6698) and Apple's Kids Category guidelines in mind.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. If a feature that collects data is ever added, this policy will be updated before that feature goes live.
