Does anyone who is experienced with the software know if there is a way to "downgrade" to an earlier version of the bibliotheca RFID Staffconnect software? I think this may solve the issue. I've tried many things: Uninstall/reinstalling the software, checking the configuration parameters on one computer and comparing them to another, etc. I know it isn't a hardware issue since I changed out the RFID pads and the issue persisted.
Until now customers use RFID from Bibliotheca with Liber8connect software. Bibliotheca announced to change the third party software to staffConnect under Windows 10 which led to the following problem: staffConnect link reads the item placed on the antenna, but the setup does not result in barcode information placed in Alma.
