SBSM GLOBAL ENTERPRISES™ ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Bible Pro mobile application (the "App"). Your privacy and data security are critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our App securely
Account Data: When you choose to sign in via Google, we collect your Email Address, Name, and Profile Picture to authenticate you and securely manage your Premium access. We do not access your Google account passwords.
In-App Purchases: We use Google Play Billing for subscription services. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or payment details. All transactions are securely processed by Google.
Usage & Device Data: We collect anonymous crash reports and app usage analytics via Firebase (Crashlytics & Analytics) to fix bugs and improve app performance.
Notifications and Reminders: We may send you push notifications or alerts regarding daily scriptures, prayer reminders, or updates related to the App. You can manage your notification preferences or opt-out from these communications at any time through your device’s system settings. The App also uses "Alarms & Reminders" permission to schedule local time-sensitive events. We do not use notifications to send unsolicited advertisements or collect personal information.
2. Third-Party Services The App integrates trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These include:
Google Play Services & Billing: For secure app delivery and handling premium subscriptions.
Google Firebase: For authentication (Auth), cloud storage (Firestore), and app analytics.
Google Gemini AI: Powering our "Spiritual Guide" chat feature. Please note that AI chat queries are processed by Google's API but are not used to train public models without your consent.
YouTube API Services: The App integrates YouTube to play spiritual video content and hymns directly from our official channel, "My Life with Jesus". By using these video features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
3. How We Use Your Data We use your collected information strictly for the following purposes:
To verify active premium subscriptions and restore purchases across your devices.
To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.
4. Data Security Your offline downloads and saved data are encrypted locally using AES-256 military-grade encryption. Cloud data is protected by Firebase's enterprise security protocols. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Deletion Rights You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data from our servers at any time. To request data deletion, please contact us from your registered email address.
