One [part] of our culture called "kobkopho" is [an event] done days after burial of a loved one. Relatives, friends, and neighbors in the village meet and catch gadiw/wading/kiachiw, wrap them with leaves and cook [it] in open fire.
In 2012, the Alliance for California Traditional Arts allotted funds in their Living Cultures Grants Program to Kalingas-North America Network (KANA) which was used to host the first Youth Canao in San Diego for children and young adults of Igorot descent living in Southern California (link).
