Welcome to Bibaaha.com, a matrimonial platform developed and operated by SIS Media, a company incorporated under the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh (Incorporation Number: P-54756/2025). By accessing and using the services offered by Bibaaho.com through our website, mobile site, or mobile application (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using the Platform.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and SIS Media (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “Bibaaha.com”).
1. Eligibility
To register on Bibaaha.com and use our services:
You must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of your country (in Bangladesh: at least 18 years for women and 21 years for men).
You must be legally single (unmarried, divorced, or widowed).
You must have the legal right and mental capacity to enter into this agreement and provide truthful and accurate information.
You must not have been convicted of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude or harassment.
Use of the Platform is void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to deny access or terminate accounts found to be in violation of our eligibility requirements.
2. Nature of Services
Bibaaha.com is a religiously friendly matchmaking platform designed to help practicing Muslim men and women find the right life partner. While Muslim matchmaking is our main focus and most preferred on Bibaaha, the app is also a great choice for people of other religions who are looking for a serious and respectful marriage partner. Our platform provides:
Profile creation and management tools
Search and recommendation functionalities
Private and secure biodata viewing
Guardian-verification for female profiles
A communication system that facilitates safe interactions
We are a facilitator and not a broker or agent. We do not guarantee marriage or compatibility outcomes.
3. Account Registration and Classification
There are three types of users on Bibaaha.com:
Unregistered Users: Can browse limited public information.
Registered Users: Have an account but no approved biodata.
Members: Registered users with verified and approved biodata.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and update it promptly as needed. We reserve the right to verify any information and suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or incomplete data.
4. Use of the Platform
By using the Platform, you agree:
Not to use the Platform for casual dating, unlawful activity, or commercial solicitation.
Not to impersonate, harass, or defraud others.
Not to post or share obscene, abusive, or offensive content.
Not to copy, reproduce, or misuse profile content for commercial or public use.
To use the platform solely for lawful and personal matrimonial purposes.
Violation of these terms may lead to account suspension or permanent banning, with or without prior notice.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:
Log out after each session
Report unauthorized access immediately
Not share your credentials with others
Bibaaha.com is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
6. Payment, Plans, and Refunds
Bibaaha.com offers premium features under paid memberships (such as connection packages to view contact information). All payments must be made through the official methods listed on our website.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are only offered if services are not rendered due to technical issues caused by us.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to customer service within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be processed for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or ineligible use.
7. Privacy and Data Usage
Your use of Bibaaha.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Security Act 2018 and, where applicable, the GDPR.

9. Interactions and Disputes Between Users

Verify user intent or compatibility
Intervene in user interactions unless there is a clear violation of terms
You are solely responsible for your interactions. If issues arise, Bibaaha.com may at its discretion investigate and take appropriate actions, which may include warnings, suspension, or termination.
10. Content Guidelines
You must not upload or share content that:
Is obscene, defamatory, or offensive
Contains nudity or explicit material
Violates another user’s privacy
Is intended for commercial promotion or advertisement
We reserve the right to remove any content without notice that breaches these guidelines.
11. Limitation of Liability
Bibaaha.com shall not be held liable for:
Any direct or indirect losses incurred from using our platform
Any relationship outcomes (or lack thereof) from the use of our services
Technical errors, security breaches, or third-party misuse
User-generated content
Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the total fees paid to us in the last six months.
12. Termination of Account
Your account may be terminated by:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
