Welcome Ceremony

The Welcome Ceremony, is a fun-filled event for the warm welcome of the fresher students to the academy. It is organised by each and every department individually to welcome their juniors from UG, PG & B.Ed. courses. Rooms are allotted by the management authority. The event is conducted under a restricted time period for.

Our department celebrated the event in a very unique way and the theme was 'EMRALD 2K23' which represent our freshers.

The purpose of this event is to give an affectionate welcome to the fresher students as well as encourage them for their upcoming academic sessions by introducing them with the previous achievements of students & institution and make them familiar to the Department, Faculties & Seniors.

Ceremony is organised to welcome New students from UG 1st year & PG 1st year from both the Dept of Geology & Geography .The Welcome Ceremony is started with Delicious Lunch at very beginning. Then welcoming the Guests and New students is done by UG & PG seniors. Respected Principal along with H.O.D. & Faculties from Dept. of Geology are invited as Guests to the event. Valuable advice & guidance are given by Guests. Introductory video is displayed followed by an encouraging Speech by President of Bhu- Vigyan Sangathan. Some cultural activities are performed by new students. After the performances vote of thanks are givens to the Guests and then the Fun activities are started. Tasks are given to the new students and also prizes are distributed to the eligible once.
