When and where is the reunion?
The MAIN EVENT will take place 6pm Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 at Community Gardens, catered by Casa Chapala. Bring a guest or come by yourself (you won’t be alone)! You will need to purchase a ticket in advance to secure your spot. Buy your ticket here! After the reunion, many of us will be heading to the fair grounds to get our boogey on!
Other events: There are many scheduled events for the Bastrop Homecoming and Rodeo weekend. Please check out the list of activities on this Bastrop Homecoming & Rodeo webpage. We plan on having a Friday night meetup and participating in the Saturday morning parade. As we get closer to the date, we will post more details on this website and on our Facebook page. Come for all of the reunion activities or whatever part of the weekend that fits your schedule.
What’s included in the ticket price?
You will need to purchase a ticket for our private Twenty Year Reunion Party on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025. Early Bird Tickets are $50 per person. This price includes your meal, drink ticket, raffle ticket, and a commemorative souvenir! We will have delicious food and drinks and lots of fun activities!
This ticket is only valid for our class reunion. It does not cover any other events, such as the rodeo or dance. Information about tickets for rodeo or dance can be purchased through the Bastrop Homecoming & Rodeo website.
Where do I buy my tickets?
Get your tickets here! Early bird ticket sales will end May 31st, 2025. This gives us time to organize the event and budget accordingly. After this date, ticket prices will increase.
Can I see who else is coming?
Yes, check out our event page on Facebook. Be sure to RSVP there to let others know you are coming!
Will my tickets be mailed to me?
In order to save some trees and buy more beverages, we will not be sending a paper ticket. Upon purchase of your ticket, you should receive a receipt in your email for your records. Your name will be added to our guest list, and you will get a name tag at the door!
Can I bring my children to the events? Where can I find a babysitter?
Our class reunion at Community Gardens will be adult only. We are working on a list of resources for childcare. Please bring your children to the parade or any other event over the weekend!
When and where is the parade?
The parade will start at 10 am and will head west down Cedar Street, turn south onto Main Street, and continue through historic downtown Bastrop. We will meet at a designated meeting point (TBD) at the parade grounds at 9 am on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025. The parade is free for you and your family! So please come out and help us compete for the Best Float Award or whatever! For up-to-date info, check out our Facebook page. What should I pack for the reunion? Is there a dress code?
Although the weather in Texas is always unpredictable, typically in August it is HOT HOT HOT! Hope for the best, but plan for the worst. We suggest you pack for hot temperatures, but bring rain gear and a light jacket just in case. Information on weather can be found here.
There is no dress code, but please wear something! The reunion event will be inside.
