- What is the Stevens Online School Directory?
The Stevens PTA manages an online school directory using the MySchoolAnywhere.com portal. This portal is extremely convenient - access it on your desktop computer or on your smartphone by downloading the app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Current Stevens Families - if you have already registered your family in the MySchoolAnywhere system, you can log in at www.myschoolanywhere.com and access the full directory. Update and confirm your family's information by clicking on Your Account --> Your Family.
New Stevens Families - if you are new to the Steven School, you can add your family to the directory by clicking HERE.

- What is the School News Notifier and how do I sign up?
Our School News Notifier (SNN) is an opt-in alert system where parents can sign up to receive an e-mail or text with the latest district news and information. Parents can choose to receive any or all of the alerts, and they can unsubscribe at any time. Click HERE to sign up.
- Can you remind me of the protocol for student absences?
If your child will be absent from school always notify the Stevens Main Office by 9:00AM, via phone at 399-9141 ext 83500 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If there is no call or email from a parent, the office staff must verify the student absence by calling the parent and a written note with a parent signature is still required when the child returns to school.
- What does Stevens use the MySchoolBucks.com website for?
This online system allows families to manage their child's school lunch program account. Families can deposit funds into their children’s accounts, review purchases, check balances and more. Reminders are also sent out when account balances are low. Additionally, there is a mobile app so all of this can be accomplished on a mobile device.
Please note: There is a $1.95 transaction fee for making an online deposit via MySchoolBucks. This fee is NOT a BH-BL fee and does not get paid to the school. MySchoolBucks.com institutes the flat fixed-rate parent-paid convenience fee as a way to support its program thus making it possible to offer this program to school districts for no charge. Families can avoid the fee by depositing money into their child's account via the Stevens main office. The MySchoolBucks account can still be used to monitor balances and cafeteria purchases.
