The PTA supports events and activities for students, during and after the school day, that enrich their learning experiences, celebrate their accomplishments, and promote fun.
We cannot plan and run the events listed below without volunteers. Please consider offering some of your time at a Stevens PTA event, Sign Up HERE!
100 blue book bags (and sign-out binders) hang on the wall across from the Main Office. Each book bag contains 10 books appropriate for Pre-K to 2nd grade. This collection of books will get your child reading about a variety of subjects and ideas. Students who read all 1000 books will have book #1001 read to them by Dr. Evans.
Arts & Enrichment
The committee works with the principal and teachers to schedule outside presenters for grade level workshops and school wide assemblies.
Enrichment Club is an after-school program that provides unique opportunities for students to learn and play. Past Clubs have included Lego building, cupcake decorating, art classes, martial arts, and much more. Clubs run one day a week for four weeks in March. There is a cost to participate and cost varies by Club.

Fifth Grade Party
Each spring the fifth grade students celebrate their moving to middle school with a party and moving-up ceremony.

During Holiday Shop, students are given the opportunity to purchase holiday gifts for family and friends from select vendors. Items include homemade crafts and snacks, sports memorabilia, small toys, holiday decorations and more. Volunteers help students select appropriate gifts and wrap the selected items.

Student Banking takes place every Friday from 8am-9am in the cafeteria. Students must set up a bank account by either visiting a CapCom Federal Credit Union or picking up an application when School Banking is open. Students can make a deposit with any amount of money and CapCom provides several ways to earn money including good grades and reading.
