The Stevens PTA uses the activities below to raise money for its programs and school activities.

The book fair is a week-long book sale in March that concludes on Friday Night with a pajama party. During the pajama party, students come to school in their pajamas and enjoy many activities including music, art and mystery readers. Volunteers are needed to set up, run cash registers, help with supervision, be readers and clean up.

Box Tops for Education
Clip Box Tops from the packages of hundreds of products and drop them off at Stevens (collection box at the entrance to the cafeteria). Each Box Top is worth 10 cents and our Box Top Coordinate submits them in December and April for cash.

The PTA holds a fall fundraiser through Yankee Candle. Catalogs and purchasing instructions are sent home with students in October. Get your holiday shopping done early and support the Stevens PTA at the same time!
Raise money for the Stevens PTA by buying select products Hannafords and depositing school dollars in the collection tower in-store. Get 3 school dollars for every 4 participating products you purchase.

Price Chopper Tools
You can earn points for Stevens School by registering your Advantage Card at Price Chopper. We can then use the accumulated points to purchase various school supplies. You can enroll your Advantage Card HERE.
Saratoga Race Course Family Mondays
Enjoy a fun day at the Saratoga Race Course and raise money for the Stevens PTA. Activities include inflatables, face painting, crafts, games, and more! Buy a family four pack for $44 and get four reserved seats in the Grandstand, four hot dogs and four 12 oz beverages. The Stevens PTA earns money from the purchase of activity tickets. SilverGraphics is a company that helps schools celebrate creativity and raise needed funds by transferring student artwork into cherished keepsakes. The Stevens PTA partners with SilverGraphics and the Stevens Art Department to preserve one piece of artwork for each Stevens Superstar on an annual basis. The Stevens art teachers lead each student to create a piece of artwork, and then it is scanned in and printed on a keepsake item by SilverGraphics. Items may include: mugs, canvas bags, phone and iPad cases, stationary, water bottles, t-shirts and more! This also serves as a fundraiser for the many great PTA sponsored activities. 2018 order forms will be distributed and collected in March and students are expected to have their merchandise by the end of April.
