The Stevens PTA is a membership association and is open to anyone who pays the $5 annual fee*. Please note membership is individual and not by family.
To become a member**, print off the membership form below and either drop it off at the Main Office or send it in to the school. Checks should be made out to Stevens PTA.

*$1 of your membership fee stays with the Stevens PTA. $4 dollars is sent to the NYS PTA (who provides significant support to the sustainability of local chapters). Our Stevens PTA budget comes from community donations and fundraising, please consider contributing an additional amount to support the programming we make available to your child(ren). We are a 501c3 and your contribution is tax-deductible.
**There are no requirements to your membership with the PTA. You may chair a committee, volunteer at events, and attend meetings based on your schedule. If you do none of these things, you can feel good knowing your membership fee contributed to state and local efforts to support our children and their education.
