What is Swarachakra?
Swarachakra is a free text input application developed by the IDID group at Industrial Design Center (IDC), Indian Institute of Technology Bombay for Indic scripts.
What is my role in Swarachakra?
This project is supervised by Prof.Anirudha Joshi, IDC IIT Bombay and Accessibility expert Charudatta from TCS Mumbai. Swarachakra is Android keyboard designed for Indic Scripts. This project mainly focuses on making Swarachakra Accessible for the Visually Impaired. Work done in the project :
1.Reviewed Previous Research Papers on Accessibility.
2.Designed Layouts using Photoshop and got feedback from Visually Impaired users.
3.Developed a Prototype in Android Studio.
4.Performed a Qualitative & Quantitative Longitudinal Evaluation.
