2025 September @ Pontificia Católica Universidad del Perú Research Seminar
I summarised my suite of work in front of Bioengineers. Curating my talk into an abstract sense was a challenging yet rewarding experience, filled with thought-provoking questions. Grateful to PUCP for this opportunity!
2025 September @ Nordic Conference on Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics, Odense
I presented my poster titled 'Evaluating spectral libraries and software suites for FDR control in DIA-based proteomics'. Great fun learning new things and connecting with brilliant minds in proteomics!!!

2025 August @ Protein Research Group, SDU
I gave a talk on my transition from paleoproteomics to environmental proteomics. I delved into the problem of FDR control in DIA-based proteomics.
2025 January @ SDU, Odense
I gave a talk titled 'Palaeoproteomics to Environmental Proteomics: A Subtle Shift?' at the Rogowska-Wrzesinska group meeting. Great fun sharing my findings and discussing proteomics and biology!!!
2024 June @ McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research, Cambridge
I pitched my work on computational palaeoproteomics as four facets at the ArchSci Lightning Talk.
2024 June @ EMBL-EBI, Cambridge
I presented my work on protein decay as a poster/flash talk at the Wellcome Connecting Science seminar on Ancient Biomolecules of Plants, Animals, and Microbes. Grateful to Wellcome Trust for awarding me a bursary to attend the conference!
