I gave a talk on my transition from paleoproteomics to environmental proteomics. I delved into the problem of FDR control in DIA-based proteomics.

Defended my PhD thesis, 'The Decayed Protein: Insights into patterns of degradation in ancient proteins'. What an amazing day! Not only did I get to share my findings with friends, family, and colleagues, but I also engaged in enriching discussions with the committee.

I presented my PhD status seminar on MALDIpqi, an R-package to estimate deamidation levels in collagen. I showed its utility in medieval parchment and how it could be further advanced for the food industry.
