We work on understanding the structures and functions of biomolecules, including proteins, with the aim of enhancing diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Our focus is on unraveling complex biological processes using structural approaches such as Cryo-EM, X-ray crystallography, in silico computer modelling, and virtual screening techniques, as well as in vitro biochemical / biophysical analysis in tandem with protein purification.
