Approach to Providing Unbundled Legal Services:
I commonly incorporate into my unbundling practice trauma informed practice, collaborative law and mediation.
Preparing court documents, finding the right words to say, and figuring-out proper court etiquette can be intimidating.

Mediation: I have family mediation training. I have conducted over 40 mediations in the last 5 years. I have acted as counsel in 5 or fewer mediations in the last five years.
Approach to Supporting Clients in Mediation:
Mediation can be a great way to save time and money. Unfortunately, mediators (even lawyer-mediators) do not offer legal advice. Mediators must remain neutral. That's where unbundled legal services come in. If you are anticipating or amidst a mediation, we can help direct you in the process by offering tailored legal advice that applies specifically to you.
It's never too soon to seek independent legal advice. The earlier you understand the extent and bounds of your rights, the earlier you can start formulating a reasonable solution to any dispute.
