Approach to Providing Unbundled Legal Services:
Firstly, to inform and assist the client as needed to understand their legal interests, and their respective obligations and responsibilities. Secondly, to assist the client to properly prepare their documentation, and present their case, while understanding the relevant legal principles.
Mediation: I have family mediation training and I act as counsel and mediator. I have acted as counsel in 11-15 mediations in the last 5 years. As mediator I have conducted 5 or fewer mediations in the last 5 years.
Approach to Supporting Clients in Mediation:
To ensure that the client is informed of the legal principles involved in mediation, as well as the advantages of mediation versus the court process.
