Mediation: has family mediation training. Has practiced family mediation as counsel in more than 30 mediations in the last five years. Does not act as a mediator
Approach to Supporting Clients in Mediation
I would help clients to understand what to expect in a mediation, what kind of approach they should take, familiarize them with the typical "ground rules" around communication.
