Approach to Providing Unbundled Legal Services:

Provide efficient legal advice and services at a reasonable cost for people who need access to justice.

Mediation:  I do not have family mediation training. As counsel I have conducted 5 or fewer mediations in the last 5 years. As mediator I have conducted 5 or fewer mediations in the last 5 years.

Approach to Supporting Clients in Mediation: 

Supporting clients in understanding different perspectives, recognizing priorities and goals, and ensuring they are in a fair position. The key is to resolve matters amicably without going to court or lengthy trials.
